"Hey mom! What are you doing?" Suhani asked, settling down on Ragini's bed. Ragini closed the cupboard and turned around to look at them, "Getting ready for bed," said Ragini and on seeing Ranbir fiddling with the TV remote, she asked, "Tum dono kya kar rahe ho is waqt?"

Suhani was sporting a wide smile, "Aagham sent a few DVDs. Our recitals, convocations, birthdays, etc. We thought you'd want to see,"

said Suhani.

Ragini was overwhelmed with emotion. She was actually going to see her kids growing up over the years. Something that she had missed out all those years. The only words that came out of her mouth were, "Thank you". Suhani scooted over to the edge of the bed to hug her while Ranbir engulfed her from behind, "C'mon mom. Don't cry!" Both Ranbir and Suhani said in unison. Ragini chuckled and wiped her tears. She and Suhani settled on the bed and after putting the DVD, Ranbir came to the bed and lied down with his head in Ragini's lap. Suhani elbowed Ranbir to which he replied, "Second DVD mein tu aa jaio meri jagah,"

Selfishly, Ragini loved this banter between her kids. Ranbir played the video but paused within seconds, "Mom, please ignore my high school hairstyle. I don't know what I was thinking," he said, making a face.

They watched all the videos. Ragini shed tears in all the videos and she laughed in between the tears. Suhani and Ranbir tried to calm her down in the begining but then they stopped. Both of them told her many stories of what was happening in the videos. Ranbir shared how nervous he was during one of the school debates and Suhani told her how she had broken her ankle while practicing for a volleyball match. They told her all the happy stories, both of them well aware how overwhelmed their mother was, and they didn't want her to feel guilty of anything now. Ragini noticed that and she was nothing but proud of her kids.

The next day, Ragini tried to calm down Aagham for an hour on phone. Suhani had told him about the previous night and he was mad because he wanted to be there too when they watched the videos. He couldn't believe that Ragini watched his videos without him. When Ragini told him that she would watch his videos again with him, he insisted that he wanted to see her first reactions and that moment was gone.

'Once you return, I will show you the photos of my youngest baby. He was so cute even then, even in his nappies.'

Agham laughed out aloud, and Ragini wiped the tears away. She couldn't wait for her family to return.

Once the children were away, she sat down in the balcony and thought about the beautiful gift her children had bestowed on her. She was sad at the time that had flown away, never to return. However, she thanked God for returning them back to her. They have all been given a chance to build their lives together.

She opened the album and leafed through the photos. She came across an old photo of them with Ranbir when he was born. She looked tired, Nachiket looked hassled while baby Ranbir beamed like an angel, from his Mother's arm. Ragini smiled as she recollected how Nachiket had nearly fainted inside the OT during her first delivery. She smiled and wiped the imaginary dust away from the photo.

'So much for being a hotshot surgeon' she said to herself.

Then picking up her phone, she clicked a picture and sent it to Nachiket. Her phone pinged in no time and she laughed and cried at his message

'The first awkward but most beautiful moment of being a Father. My flirting days were definitely over (???). Thanks to the only woman who made my life worthwhile.'

His phone pinged in sometime.

'Liar ...'

Rachana and Loveleen - that was just love. Drowning in all those feels!!

Their conversation, started off with Nachiket asking, how was her day.. and she excitedly started speaking at length about the videos she had just watched.Ragini and Nachiket discussed the videos for a while.. Nachiket corroborating every description of Suhani and Ranbir. She mentioned, that she noticed Aagam wearing blue all the time, in all the videos. Nachiket laughed out aloud telling her that he was obsessed with blue for the first 7 years of his life and bought everything that was blue. He also added, "Favorite colors bhi genes mein, pass on hone lage". Ragini smiled on her end and tried to defend, "itni bhi blue craze nahi thi mujhe". "Haan haan, bas blue saaris, blue curtains, mere liye blue shirts, blue bedding in all bedrooms and remember you even had a blue onesie ready when Ranbir was going to be born", he finished with a laughter. Ragini smiled silently and bit her tongue, as she remembered how crazy she was about the color.

"Tumhe kuch kehna tha na", she asked, to avoid any more teasing..

Nachiket cleared his throat, and in a tense tone began, "Ragini, Things here are getting pretty heated up.. Media is now involved. The news of the ill health of the bigiwig, being treated by me has leaked outside. Everything is under control for now, but from tomorrow, they will want a minute by minute update. So I may not be able to talk or answer the phone. I am not sure how long my days are going to be."
