Neil taunts him and asks him if he has really forgotten Pam after Devika came into his life. RK admits that he did feel love for Pam. Neil tells Devika that this is exactly what he's trying to tell her...that RK still loves Pam. Devika says she's not concerned about unwanted stuff and that she's happy with RK. Neil doesn't give up and starts scolding RK asking why he gave Pam false hopes. RK says that Pam has been unpredictable and he had waited for her for too long and hence he decided to move on.
Neil calls out to Pam so that they can clear everything in front of her. RK asks Neil there's no need to call her and tells Neil that years ago when Neil left Ragini and left to the US, even Pam left him alone here. At that time no one bothered to think about his feelings.
The argument gets heated up and RK uses an offensive word for Pam(couldn't get that, sorry) Neil and RK come to blows. Devika goes to call Pam for help but Pam remains inside, crying. Devika calls the police.
Neil continues to attack RK. Ragini goes to call Pam and she comes out. All 3 ladies try to stop Neil. Neil pushes Ragini by mistake, she bangs her head on the wall and falls unconscious. The police arrive. Neil rushes to Ragini's side. Devika tells the police that Neil has been beating up RK and is also the cause of Ragini's injury. The police arrest Neil telling him they'll slap a domestic violence case on him. Pam begs with the police but they don't listen. Pam asks RK to tell the police, he remains silent. The police take Neil away. Pam rushes after the police. Neil sits in the van and tells Pam that he'll be fine and asks her to take care of Ragini as she can tell the police that it was only an accident. Pam begs with the one policeman who remains there, but he doesn't believe her.
Meanwhile the rest of the family arrive from the ice-cream parlour. Pam tells them what happened. Everyone rushes in. Devika tells everyone that Neil is responsible for this. Pam asks Devika to stop lying.
Aman carries Ragini in and tells the policeman that the interrogation can happen after she recovers. The policeman calls for a lady cop.
Karan and Dimpy ask RK what happened. RK tells Karan that he had used some ***word for Pam and that angered Neil. Devika says that Neil deserves to be in jail as he has no control over his anger. She tries to wipe the blood off RK's forehead when Pam stops her. She holds Devika's hand and threatens her saying that if anything happens to Neil she'll regret her actions.
Aman comes in and tells them that if anything happens to Ragini he'll make sure Neil is punished. Pam, Karan and Dimpy are stunned.
Neil is made to sit on a bench and his phone is taken away. Some guys in the lock up make fun of him.
Ragini regains consciousness and the first thing she says is 'Nachiket'. Aman holds her hand. Ragini asks Aman where's Nachiket. Ranbir says Neil is in the police station. Ragini is shocked. The policeman asks everyone to leave so that he can take a statement. Aman tells the policeman that as a doctor he has every right to stay there. The rest of the family leave.
Ragini tells the policeman about the fight about the fight between RK and Neil and how by mistake his hand hit her and her head hit the wall. The policeman misinterprets some of her words and asks her to sign. She says she would like to read what's written but the policeman says there's nothing to read and forces her to sign. Ragini signs and the policeman walks off with a triumphant expression saying Neil will get a minimum of 4 years in jail. Ragini is shocked and tells him that he didn't do anything to deserve 4 years in jail. She gets up but is unable to walk.
Outside, Pam meets the policeman and asks him if she can come to the police station to escort Neil home. The policeman says that Neil is not going to come home as his ex-wife has given a statement which is against him. Pam is shocked.
Ragini tells Aman that Neil didn't do anything and that they have to go to jail. Pam comes in and shouts at Ragini. Ragini tells Pam that she didn't say anything against Neil. Pam says that Ragini wants revenge against Neil. Aman tries to convince Pam but she says that she won't believe a man who dances to Ragini's tunes. Aman is silent. Pam tells Aman that if Ragini's statement causes any harm to Neil, she won't spare Ragini. Pam walks off angrily.
Ragini asks Aman to take her to the police station.
Neil asks the policeman to allow him to call home, as his 'wife' (not ex- 😆) is unconscious. The policeman tells him that she has given a statement against him. Neil doesn't believe him. The policeman shows the statement.Neil is shocked.
Precap: Nivedita comes with bail papers and Neil is released on bail.
