Scene 1
The episode starts with Pam and Ragini's scene from the previous episode. Pam tells Ragini that she is strong because she had the courage to send her own son to jail and that she was right in doing that. Ragini says the world thinks she was wrong in sending Aarav to prison but she can not ignore Aarav's mistakes only and only because he is her son. She says this is how she is and this her approach which she knows is wrong at times. Pam consoles her and tells her why she should call her thinking wrong because the world finds it wrong. She tells her she was only wrong in not meeting Aarav and now that he is paying for his deeds so her anger should also now subside.
Ragini tells her she misses him every minute and that she can't sleep, she can't eat thinking about Aarav. She says even being at the farmhouse reminds her of Aarav because he loved farmhouse. She says she doesn't show but she misses him more than anything else in the world. She says she cannot pretend anymore of being happy, she feels suffocated now. Pam tells her to stop torturing herself and to go and see him. Ragini says she will not be able to see him at that place and will break down. Pam tells her so what if she will cry in front of Aarav and that Aarav is her son so he is also strong like her and will bear it but if she wont go to see him, he will not be able to tolerate that. She asks her to go and meet him and tell him that she loves him. Ragini is convinced and thanks Pam. Pam leaves and Ragini is happy seeing this side of her.
Scene 2
Its early morning and pandit comes to Agham, Karthik & Ranbir's room who are sleeping. He wakes them up and calls them for the pooja downstairs. Karthik asks him how will everyone fasting get Nishi and Jignesh a baby? Pandit says today's generation's thinking is not good and that back in the old days people got children through prayers. After he leaves Karthik suggests to Agham and Ranbir that they should talk to Jignesh's parents directly about In vitro fertilization (IVF). Agham says he has a plan.
Scene 3
Everyone has gathered in the hall and the pandit is having food and quite enjoying it and in his happiness he allows everyone to have something. Almost immediately Aman, Nishi & Pam order Sunny tai to get something for them to eat. Just then Pandit stops them again from eating.
Ragini gives fruits to Aman. He says he doesn't like milk. Ragini apologizes and tells him that he will only get to have fruits and milk today.
Ragini looks around for Nachiket who is nowhere to be seen. She asks from Sunny tai about Nachiket. She tells her he had said he will have breakfast later. Suhaani notices Ragini and asks her why she is not eating and if it is because Nachiket is not eating. Ragini is quiet. She asks her to eat and she will make sure Nachiket eats.
Scene 4
Agham and Karthik are talking about IVF and how it can help Nishi get pregnant. Jignesh's parents overhear and wonder if it's possible.
Scene 5
Suhaani gets proper breakfast for Nachiket in his room and asks him to have it and no one will get to know. Nachiket refuses and feeds Suhaani instead and says he will have only fruits.
Suhaani tells him that Ragini was waiting for him to eat first and only then will she eat. Nachiket asks her if she herself said that .Suhaani says not all things are supposed to be said. She tells him but he shouldn't worry as she had asked Ragini to eat. Suhaani says here children are taking care of their parents when usually parents be the support for children. Nachiket says in a family everyone is there for one another.
Suhaani thinks to herself (about her parents) that one won't eat for the other and the other will stop midway during eating and then still they say there is no love.
Scene 6
Jignesh's parents come to Nachiket and ask him about IVF. He tells them about Karthik's speciality and explains the whole procedure to them. Jignesh's parents tell him they want Nishi and Jignesh to try IVF. Nachiket suggests talking to Nishi and Jignesh first. They agree and ask him to talk to Karthik. He tells them not to worry about that since Karthik is family.
Scene 7
Ragini asks Sunny tai to spy on Nachiket and Karthik who are talking about something important in private. She says Nachiket is hiding something and she wants to know what it is. Sunny tai tells her she'll get the details for her.
Scene 8
Karthik tells Nachiket that he will take full responsibility of Nishi and Jignesh's IVF treatment. Nachiket asks him to share the reports with him first. He says its not that he doesn't trust him but he want things to be proper. He says he will only tell Ragini after he is convinced.
Karthik asks him why he wants to hide from Nishi's mother? He says he doesn't intend to hide but cant tell her at this particular moment because Ragini loves Nishi more than her life and she will be very happy knowing there is hope but what if outcome is not good then Ragini will be devastated which he doesn't want. Sunny tai records the whole conversation in her phone.
Precap Nachiket asks Ragini why was she spying on him and if she wanted to know something she should have asked him directly. Ragini apologises.
