Guys dis is called constructive argument where we post our views without being biased..cos otherwise its difficult to give views if majority keep siding one person cos there are alwys 2 sides of the same coin.Somebody was mentioning abt silent readers not particiapating..could b it becums difficult for dem in such situations...so if we want more participation we have 2 b open to others views as well..maybe im wrong..just a suggestion

This is what I think ..

I wont go into specifics ..

I'd like to argue on Aarav's detention issue .. and why he doesn't deserves it .. why Ragini is WRONG ..

Whatever Aarav did .. He's NOT at all guilty .. Even if the bullet had killed Babu Bhai .. Still he'd be free .. Because what he did .. was in self defence .. and Sec 96 of IPC .. When attacked, self-defence is NOT a criminal offence .. It is a RIGHT..

The Gun issue maybe a bit 'tricky' .. But it was a LICENSED gun .. not an illegal one .. and someone else used it .. without killing anyone .. and neither did Babu Bhai get any serious injuries .. nor did he file any case against Aarav, regarding the same .. He FLED .. (Babu Bhai is guilty for killing Shilpa) .. added to that Aarav is a JUVENILE .. So he doesn't deserve any punishment at all .. Ragini is WRONG here .. If she would have appealed in a Higher Court .. Aarav would have surely been ACQUITTED .. But she preferred not to ..

Ranbir too is not as guilty .. It's his wish .. he has a Gun .. he can take it anywhere according to his will and fancy .. He had it for self-protection .. If he had not informed his Dad about his LICENSED gun .. then it's a problem .. But also at the same time .. He's NOT a minor .. He had brought it from US .. So he must have taken Special Permission for the same ..

These were the technicalities .. This does not mean that Aarav and Ranbir are not guilty for their conduct .. They are .. The real CULPRIT is their nurturing..

One thing you've got to agree .. Nachiket has got a good rapport with ALL the Kids .. This is the ONLY reason .. why ALL of them crave for him ..

Ragini, undoubtedly may be RIGHT on most occasions .. But she doesn't has her ways with the Kids ..

What Nachiket can get the Kids to do in a wink .. Ragini can't .. even after emotionally making them understand what is correct and what is not ..

I'm with the Kids .. I empathise with them .. I hold BOTH the parents responsible EQUALLY for what all has happened till date .. BOTH Ragini and Nachiket are responsible .. No one less .. or no one more ..

They are the MOST SELFISH PARENTS .. WORST PARENTS .. They care only about THEMSELVES .. and NO ONE ELSE ..

Under no circumstances .. when their kids are at such a tender age will Parents ever decide to DIVORCE for such foolish reasons .. Reason being 'suspicion' of infidelity ..

For them .. kids are nothing but 'animate' objects ..

One thing .. they never thought when they divorced 15 years back or separated 9 months back .. WHAT WILL BE IT'S IMPACT ON THEIR KIDS ?

I could forgive them .. if they had no kids .. You have no kids .. Do whatever you want to do with your life .. Love .. Separate .. Re-discover Love .. Separate Again .. Marry whoever you want .. No one gives a hoot about it .. But .. when you have children .. First priority is THEM .. not YOU ..

The KIDS lost their whole childhood craving for BOTH of their parents LOVE and AFFECTION .. And whatever they do now .. they can never get them their lost childhood ..

And be it Ranbir .. Aarav .. Suhani .. Nishi .. EVERYTHING is only because they failed to GET BOTH of their Parents care ..

Nishi's marriage at such an early age, and giving up studies was the WORST decision .. If Ragini was really a responsible Mother .. she could never have had let Nachiket's taunt affect her .. She would have been stubborn and would not have changed her decisions .. and Why she did .. Because of Nachiket .. So they are SELFISH .. Their EGO is that matters ..

If one had a Father .. the other did not have a Mother ..

What ever Kids do .. The blame goes directly to their Parents .. BOTH of you took away your kids' childhood .. and now expect them to be MATURE .. How is it possible .. ?

So it's BOTH .. not Nachiket more .. or Ragini less .. or Ragini more and Nachiket less ..

Yes, it has been butchered beyond repair, but I still feel a lot for her.

And yes, their biggest fault has been not working as a team when it comes to kids. From the beginning, they shouldn't have let the kids suffer. They should have worked out a legal arrangement if things were bad between them...something like the kids getting to meet the other parent once a year or an annual family holiday. This is what generally happens in reality.

They had issues naa, why keep the kids deprived of one parent.

And then when they met each other after 15 years, they started their ' tere bacche, mere bacche ' drama. Had they discussed things, behaved cordial for their kids...things wouldn't have gone that far.
