Who's Suhani?

I don't think she's Nachiket and Ragini's biological daughter (as per the flashback scenes,where we see only 4 children of NeiRa )
Then who's she ?
Why she refers Ragini as 'Maa' ?😕

Any guesses ???

Well there are three assumptions:

suhani is the mystery kid...we will get to know her mystery soon...but this are a few options...it can go this way

I see Suhaani as Neil and Rupali's daughter

I wish ur first option to be true...she is so sweet...would love to see her as NeiRa's daughter.
And that's the reason I guess..Pam sent her back to US ..didn't allow her to meet Ragini.

I guess ur first option is right and that's why Pam didn't allow her to meet Ragini..sent her back to USA.

Definitely not Neil and Ragini's daughter. If she was - Ragini would have known. A mother would not know of her daughter only if the mother was in coma during her pregnancy and I do not assume that this could be the case or they would have shown a tad bit mention of it.

I know Dr. Neil seems a flirt but he is not a cheat. So my personal opinion is that she should not be his daughter - or I would not blame Ragini for behaving the way she does.

Lastly, I think she is Rupali's daughter and she is the main reason behind Neil Ragini's misunderstanding and probably the divorce and Pam wants to hide her from Ragini. My guess would be Ragini saw Rupali pregnant and assumed it was Neil's child and Neil must not have denied for some crappy ekta logic - and tada - divorce. Rupali must have died due to something and Neil must have held Ragini responsible for it. Lastly, Ragini probably does not know Suhani is staying with Neil and Pam wants to keep her away to use Suhani later for her evil motives.

In ekta land...when leading ladies gives birth to their kids...and the vamps kidnaps their kids...the leading ladies doesn't know abt their kids existence...they will believe the lie that the bribe doctor cooks up with the vamp...and believe that their kid is still born...and move on in life till they get to know abt their kids existence

But then if Neil knows Suhani is his and Ragini's and he has kept that a secret from Ragini, then he is in even bigger trouble.
Why wouldn't Neil have questioned Pam as to why she kidnapped the baby esp if Ragini all along thought the baby was still born? Also, if they went on to have the twins, Neil would have witnessed Ragini's angst at having a still born.
Unless Neil himself is not aware that Suhani is his daughter.
My take is that either Suhani is Neil's daughter with Rupali when he was drugged and thought it was his wife he was with - highly unlikely that a family man so in love with his wife would sleep with another woman knowingly.
Or that Suhani is Rupali's daughter whom Neil adopted and that is the reason he doesn't mention her to Ragini. Ragini might have assumed Rupali was carrying Neil's baby thanks to evil Pam.
