Has to be somebody stronger if Karan is planning to get him to the wedding to ensure that Pam's mind is diverted enough. 😆

Further, if that person is stronger, then that could be a reason for them not being together.

Suhani is too sweet to be Pam's daughter. 😆 I hope she got adopted by Neil ---may be some patient's daughter ---patient was a single mom who died etc but not Roopali's or Pam's please.

I do think suhani is Neil/Ragini's daughter but ragini told she gave birth to a still born or something to that effect. then suhani brought to neil saying Ragini did not want suhani etc.
