I don't think Ragini is just a admin head. Ragini was basically a nurse if I am not mistaken and she might have committed some mistake in Rupali's case. Clearly Neil has some connection with Rupali and that is the reason Rupali's younger sister Nivedita is around him.

I sometime feel Rupali was ex-flame of Neil and Ragini might be jealous of her. But the true culprit behind everything would be Nivedita. From the look of it she is crooked enough to kill two birds with one stone. She might have erased her ill sister Rupali from her life and naturally the blame would fall on Ragini, then Neil will be all hers. From the first meeting between Nivedita and Neil itself it was quite evident that she was attracted to Neil a man much elder to her even 15 years back. All just speculations, let us watch how the story unfolds.

Suhani is Ragini's daughter for sure.

I think, there must have been an accident in which both Rupali and Ragini were involved. In that accident Rupali lost her life and Ragini gave birth to Suhani but was told it was still born. Pam told Neil that Ragini does not want the child and told Ragini that it was Rupali and Neil's child.

we know this much ragini thinks neil is a cheat and neil believes ragini doesn't trust him and is too controlling. so it is an very easy guess from here that another woman is involved.
