Why is Ragini so detached

Ok i dont watch this serial very regularly only every now and then with my mom.So my understanding about characters could be wrong but from what i could make of the serial today Ragini seems very detached from her kids i.e her kids that stay with Neil

I mean the way she easily went and complained against her son Ranbir to throw him in jail seemed too detached or too emotionless for a mother

Ya i know she was ready to throw even Arav in jail but atleast with Arav she was crying and it looked like she is feeling bad about it but still she is doing this because this is hindi serial and all hindi serial heroins have to be extra self righteous but atleast she was showing some emotions

But went it came to Ranbir she showed zero emotions ya she kept telling Nivedita how bad she is feeling but it all seemed just words her actions and the way she was acting it looked like she cared about nothing what will happen to Ranbir

It seemed like she was relived that the son who stays with her hasnt done it so her so called 'snaskar's have proven right whereas the son with Neil has done it hence Neil's sanskar's are wrong 😆 not about the fact that either ways her son is going to jail

I dont know she seemed very detached as a mother to me atleast for the children that are staying with Neil. I could be wrong since i dont watch it regularly but when i saw it today i just couldn't believe a mother could be so chilled out about sending her son to jail😆

I don't think she was relieved that it was Ranbir instead of Aarav..I think she was equally hurt by that revelation as well.. its just that she does not display any emotional cues due to her bitterness..

exactly which is why i said she seemed detached not like a mother

not sure if it was bad direction,acting or writing but it just seemed to emotionless for a mother

exactly she was like if ranbir would have been with me this wont have happened not that her son might go to jail and his life may be destroyed forever 😡
