Some questions.

Was Ragini 2nd wife of Dr.Neil? And the kids that he took away where his own from 1st wife?

I don't think so. The court probably gave custody of the kids to both of them, as in 2 kids with one parent and two with another.

Usually in ugly divorces, courts mainly base their decision of giving custody to which parent based on who the kid is more attached to. (Unless there are bad habits like alcohol and tobacco/drugs, criminal records, financial issues which are taken into consideration too)

The son and daughter that left with Neil probably chose him and Nishi chose Rags and Rags' youngest son was too small so the court probably gave him to her thinking she's the mother and she'll look after the baby better.

I'm just assuming here btw. 😆 But in the real world, this is usually what happens.

Nishi doesn't remember him much, that's why she misses him. If Ragini and Neil had been more understanding, they would've lived in the same city, let the children meet the other parent, let them interact and form a bond with their siblings - blood relations yet they haven't met each other for years.

But yeah it was an ugly divorce so I see why Nishi is so bitter. She doesn't know why her parents seperated, she doesn't know whose fault it was. When Aman told her it was her dad that cheated on her mum, did you see her face? She was so guilty. Plus insaan gusse mein bohot kuch bol jaata hai. When you're angry, you make up ways to get back at the other person, even if you don't mean it.

In the articles they mentioned they have five kids but in the pics only four kids are shown (1 daughter,3 sons)so does that mean the other daughter is not theirs or maybe his sisters or adopted
