"Rani sahiba...kya khane ka man hai aaj? aaj apke chef continental ki tayari main hai"

"Shyamji, woh...humein nani ne wapas bulaya hai...kuch kaam aa gaya hai"

"Chaliye, chalte hai...kab jaana hai"?

"nahi shyaam ji....sirf hum jaenge"

"kya?, par kyu..hum chalte hai aapke saath..."

"ye 2 hafte bahut ache the shyaam ji" she held his hand and continued " bahut lambe time baad apko hamare saath itna samay saath paya. kahin beech me aap humse durr ho gaye the...shh, humein bolne dijiye shyam ji"

She continued

" Humne shaadi ki, kyunke hamare beech me pyaar tha, par iss shaadi ko nibhana koi zabardasti nahi hai, humein aap aaj bhi pasand hai...aur jab hum yaha nahi honge aap sochiye, samajhiye aur humein bataiyega (she looks him in the eye with slightly teary eyes and a sad smile) kya aap humein aaj bhi apna jeevan saathi chahte hai?

"hum chalte hai...."

And shyam saw her bags ready in the hall and she left.

A week of no communication between raizadas's and gupta's with an exception to payal and aakash.

Arnav had spoken to lavanya that evening....Lavanya was sad but held on to arnav's arm told him she loves him, trusts him....and then went back to being the usual with him. But he noticed he entire week there was no mention of khushi from her....

And neither did nani.

He went to airport to pickup di, and was surprised that she didnt insist on jijaji coming back along with her! what was happening he thought.

" Di, all good' hope you enjoyed...and how's jijaji"

"ye chotey..its a lovely place. hopefully ill get to go back to you jijaji" she gave a half smile to him

that was not how his di smiled, she hated being apart from jijaji. he had to speak to her....

they reached home, everyone greeted everyone and the living room was lively once again, anjali bought gifts for all and then came the awkward silence.." aur ye hum payal aur khushi ke liye layein hai"

arnav felt a humm in his heart at the mention of that name...a happy mention. but kept a static face, though when anjali said khushi he couldn't stop but raise his head to look at her.

rest of the room was silence, a silence that was broken by a ring at the door, " Payal bitiya aayi hai, humne unhe aapke aane ke barey me bataya tha"

" bahut acha kiya nahi hum khushi aur payal ke gift apne haathon se dengey"

"Namaste" said payal in her usual soft demeanour.

after greeting payal anjali looked past her, and asked her why khushi didn't come....

"maine kaha tha anjali ji, par usne kaha uski tabiyat theek nahi hai"

"koi baat nahi, aap aagyi na, kaafi hai" said anjali.

Ha bitiyan "hamare liye payal bitiya jaisi pyaari aur sanskari hi kaafi hai" "baithiye bitiya" said nani.

anjali looked confused, arnav excused himself, lavanya continued being with family and they all chated had snacks and then payal left.

"Lavanya ji, kya hua khushi ji ghar nahi aayi ek hafte se? mujhe pata chala kuch kaam bhi pending ho gaya hai...nanaji ki barsi ka kaam bhi kaafi pending hai. aapne phone kiya unhe?"

before lavanya could answer nani replies

"ab khushi bitiyan ka yaha koi kaam nahi hai bitiyan"

kya...par kyu? unki shaadi bhi nahi ho sakti...fir aisa kya reason hai!"

"Bitiyan, khushi bitiyan humein bhi pasand hai...par unhone apni limit cross kar li, wo iss ghar me ayi thi lavanya ko iss ghar ki bahu banne ke sanskaar sikhane, is ghar ki bahu matlab Arnav ki patni...par"

"par kya nani..aisa kya" anjali feared if they knew about shyam's episode

"par bitiyan hum sabke peeche khushi bitiyan aur arnav..lavanya ko dokha dene jaisa kaam kar rahe hai...arnav babua lavanya ko layein hamari bahu banane, lavanya unke rang me dhal chuki hai..aur ye dono...CHI!"

nani said with a disgusted expression

and anjali was shocked, totally not ready for the backlash that khushi was facing.

Call was picked up

silence on both ends, well aware of who its...only unaware of where to go from here.

part 1

He takes off the ring, but still asks her to get out. He has nothing more to say?

part 2

Khushi is trying to save the situation by pretending she lost the ring somewhere. Despite Arnav giving her the stares, she told them about the engagement.

part 3

What choice did he leave her with? He expected her to tell them that he took the ring off her finger?

Now why did he have to put that ring on her finger? He could have just handed it to her.

Was that ring meant for Lavanya? Hope not. No woman wants a ring that was bought for another woman.

She asked a valid question and he gave her no answer. What is she supposed to think?

Anjali knows. But he can't bring himself to clear up the matter.

What is Anjali planning to do to push everyone to fess up?

Shyam must have sensed the danger so he pushed for the wedding to happen right away. Time is slipping.
