Oh, from Khushi's POV if we answer your queries, then it will be an entire true around. Khushi is privy to information that readers arent. And yes, in chapter 1 she recalled the intimacy she witnessed between La and Arnav.

As for why Arnav chose La, Khushi knows it better than anyone else. 😊

Arnav is a man of honour and you will see it through the course of the story.

The teaser is in flashback, so i dont see any chances of romance in near future. Looks like Lavanya left the marriage and Khushi was made to marry Arnav to save the honor of families. Why Lavanya left will be interesting to know, may be she came to know that Arnav was more into Khushi. I like the pace of your story. Waiting to read what you have in store for us...
