Is the first part the moments between Arnav and Khushi after their visit to Khushi's parent's home. Arnav is trying to keep up his promise he gave to dadi and work on their marriage.

Is the words are of Dadi's to Khushi which she is trying to remember and give in to Arnav not objecting his advances towards her.

The person who came and joined Khushi and Payal is the rival to Arnav, with whom he thinks she joined hands against him.

Will be waiting for the update to see how many guesses are right.
