Awesome update...so NK is arnav brother who came here to help. Arnav is planning something dangerous for lavanya that's why he didn't want Khushi in RM as that can affect her health I think he knew about her pregnancy that's why he moved her out of RM so Lavanya can't harm her as she is behaving like obsessed lover. I'm happy that you made Lavanya negative so we don't need to feel bad for her.
