First Arnav was happy about his meeting with his client before he was aware of Khushi's situation. Steve has good impression about Arnav, and Arnav talking about his wife Khushi made him happy.

Arnav found Khushi and consoling her and he was more worried seeing Khushi's state.

The third one looks like from Khsuhi's past. Since one of them was adopted, it must have been about the emotional trauma the child faced seeing her parents fighting.
