Did Barun make the right decision? (DT Note pg. 7) - Page 5

He is neither the first one to quit a show nor is he the last one! It was his hard work and understanding of the character and its nuances and the way he so brilliantly portrayed it that he became irreplaceable in the show! Now how is that his fault! Actors quit shows all the time! His life his choices! i like him for his acting and the person that he is! I am looking forward to his projects and hopefully he will be appreciated for all his future works too!

Why every time people go back to barun's quitting IPK? Isn't it an old story? How can we decide if it was a good decision by him now? The break was necessary for him then, he did it, the channel decided to stop airing the show. Why people are so judgmental about why he left the show? Is it because of his health or to pursue a career in movies, whatever it is, he has the right to take a decision, right? Curiosity is okay, but being judgmental is too bad. Why the viewers of IPK (not his fans) think that he and his life is obliged to IPK to the extent that even his quitting from the show makes him thankless? Really? Even after four years later, people don't want to let it go. It is like pricking a healed wound and make it bleed again. It made some people unhappy at that time, I agree, but I am sure it didn't affect anyone's life to the point that they still talk about it.

It is good that people have good memories of the show, but everything has a natural course, after that it becomes evil, every good thing has that fate.

An actor quitting a show is not a first incident in this show industry, but when he quit, it has become a hysteria among the viewers, I agree, the popularity of the character was such that, but it should not be like pointing fingers to that man and whatever he does. He has the freedom to leave a work that he does not enjoy anymore or that affects his health, it does not make him thankless, IMO.

Even people who make statements like he quit the show for movie know the fact, because he completed his movie while he was still acting in the show.

Besides, just put aside the whole IPK thing and think, every actors in that show has a life and a career apart from that show, while it gives pleasure to its fans thinking and talking about it continuously, it is not helping their career. For them, it is over, it is done. Just cherish the good memories and stop investigating why he left the show, because whatever is the reason he has the right to do it.

He is a great actor! It is not the new extension of IPK that brought back his fame, but his fame brought back the extension, they wanted it to promote their web portal.

How can one say it was the peak of his career? I think he has more fans now, so?

The show was really famous, but that didn't make the career of anyone in that, apart from some people still celebrating its anniversary, can anyone say any of the actors in that show is doing good career wise? So everyone is struggling, it is part of the game, there is nothing to be ashamed of as their fans. Because fans only understand their idols and can support them in their struggling. Barun alone has not been in the struggling phase, many had faced this struggling phase in their career. Not a big deal. If he has the will to endure it, he will make his mark in wherever and whatever he wants.

He was silent and I think he was being graceful by doing so. He was not supposed to answer, whenever a question was directed to him, he answered it, but the answer didn't satisfy people, that is the truth. He said health reason, but people were expected to hear something else. They wanted to trap him in endless loop of arguments, which he didn't do, yes he dissatisfied some by that way. And he was the only one who got bashed during the ipk quitting mess, the retaliation came after that only.

I can't believe ppl are still stuck on same point.And his decisions his life no one has right to dectate him and success and failures are part and parcel of life.

Barun is the most intelligent actor i have ever seen . He has that level of patience and calmness that when every one was waiting for him to speak against ppl's bad views of him or for star plus disclamation , he remained quite . when asked about certain things he asnswered with great honesty - ' daily show lose sense after sometime ' ' got unduly streched. # he is a real life hero with kind of patience and calmness he have . And i so happy about that .

( fyi recently hina khan spoke about smthing on twitter targeting nisha (karan/s wife ) who indirectly targeted her & crue so she gave back to nisha but the words used by her showed her more of in bad light then good )

So sometimes its better to be silent then keep on barking and put ghee in fire .

2.. he had done numerous things in these four years , its not his mistake that they r in pipleline . There so many great superstar of BW who didnt make it in first cut , their films got thrased never realesed but look at them now they r loved all over world with great movies in their kitty . Why ? Bcoz they never losed hope and as barun says " keep on doing good & right things so that when ur time do comes you get ur dues "

3. Quiting right or wrong . I believe it was his decision be it for any reason . I believe everyone derserve a chance to move forward and at better place in life .

FYI - KARAN SINGH GROVER left Dill mill gye abt two times for his films and came back again as his films never released ( its his good that he didnt hv that much of dedicated and crazy fans who wuld hv shut the show oon his exist or maybe the channel was strong enough or producer & writer were ssure that they hv capbility to handle it after him )
Now when ksg luck worked out his movies got as especially bcoz they were famous pH movie .

. And here in barun 's case everyrhing is riding on barun's shoulder alone .

4. Pls frnds dont bash sanaya to defend barun that is not right . She is a wonderful actress . As barun , sanaya has her sucess and failure too .

San .continued doing tv bcoz she wanted to her decsion again same as barun had his not do so for a while unless he gets what he want ( he got mohra a finite show , that suited him. , so he is doing it . HE IS FOLLOWING HIS WORDS )

I am waiting for mohra , for web series , for movies egarly doesnt matter what future hold for it .but i will love him in everything he does .

ps ; yes market premier is done by paying to get distributors sso that means a huge number of movies from india would hv been there . So getting recongnized among so many movies and that to in equitant with movies like SARBAJit , Rahav , bhabhuli etc is a Big thing especially when it did nt have a very famous Bw actor or a famouse director .

Small achieent r achievement no matter how much y deny them.and wait till they r followed by big achievements

Enough is enough folks. No more speculating on why Barun chose to come back or whether he made the right decision. And no more bringing in topics from 4 year ago!
