Did Barun make the right decision? (DT Note pg. 7) - Page 2

ahh how much ever i love ipk i am not going to deny the last two tracks of the show ( sheetal + beauty pageant ) both were horrible. It clearly showed how writers were completely out of storyline even with such amazing cast.

Honestly, only Barun can answer that. If he is happy with his choices, then yes, he made the right decision.

Not the first time I'm seeing such a post.

Gosh 4 years go by and still people are stuck on whether Barun did good by quitting or not. His life his decisions and when he is fine with the way his career is going on who are we to complain ? Also I haven't seen huge success come by for others who stayed back so how is it wrong to try out different things ? And what is the guarantee that IPK would not have turned into another QH had Barun stayed on.

nobody is stuck nowhere. People are expressing their opinions. It is his life his decisions but as fans and viewers of a show I have aright to express my disappointment. And this post is about Barun's decisions, not how much success others have got by staying on. Nothing wrong in trying out different things, what the TM is saying and I am agreeing is that he had lost much in the last 4 years because of his decisions.

I don't believe some people here call themselves Sarun fans ...but degrading his popularity and his hard work... What do you so-called-Barun fans wanted him to do ...he is not the only actor who left his show in the industry...so why you guys still after 4 years bash him ...when he is back with a good thriller show with a reputed ph ...you bash him...and I think about movies...his movie THMS being well acclaimed in Cannes is a big slap on bashers' faces ...and btw if he stayed in the same show ..his ,the cast ,and the show's popularity would have declined gradually ...what is the problem if he wants to do different roles ...you guys ENJOY bashing him ...hope you enjoy watching him slay as haider and satya
P.S : I think these posts will be seen a lot these days and a lot when the promo of mohra release 😆 some people want him only as ASR ...but Barun will slay in every role

And things may not work out sometimes but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try out for it.

no one knows what would have happened to the shiw if it had continued. But to credit him for saving the show is the absurdist thing I read in this thread. He left a show, no problem his decision, but he went silent when orhers were getting bashed. That is highly unprofessional. If he has not lost a lot, why else is he unable to return to TV on his terms? If he has done a show after Ipk, Wouldnt his show have been big enough for a promo? Fans having to beg for a promo and the daily/weekly uncertainty is enough to show he has lost his position in the industry. He was noteven there for the channel awards, while KSG was awarded as rising star. Don't even compare him to KP, it is silly. Mohra is definitely a big let down for the star he was fresh out of IPK.
