Quick Note: I've seen all your comments and hope to get back to all of you by today. Second, I really wanted to try and post an update yesterday it being Barun's birthday and all bu A/D kept me very occupied over the weekend. I haven't even been writing/typing in a while. I cannot promise but I will try to post something tonight. Currently I'm headed to work so I'm posting this from my phone. I will try to see if my brain would like to work and work on the fan fic en route.

No worries. I was re-reading and realized that in Chapter 1 it is mentioned that Anjali was away for 1 year and was going back to her brother. What is the danger they were referring to? Was Shyam there with them?

@angeldream14 : It is quite a jerk move for him to play with Khushi's feelings like that. And how will Khushi get herself out of this mess?

Thank you, the meeting was quite boring but hey I went through with it :)

While I would love for it to be possible to update more frequently, A/D doesn't really make this possible for me. I so far am able to update once a week, if possible I can try for twice a week but I don't know how soon I can make this happen. This also requires for my brain to cooperate, currently I am having writers block (sort of kind of)

Thank you so so much. I appreciate your compliments so very much. Yes, I agree with you completely. Khushi is Khushi. Her name is so apt for her and I loved that even in the show she lived so well up to it. Thank you so so much again.

I hope you enjoy future updates just as much.

Thank you once again for commenting as you read the parts, it is very sweet of you.

Khushi is definitely from the beginning of the story trying to maintain distance from NK just because she wants him to focus on himself and his life.

Lavanya is a sweet person, how she was shown later in the show and accepts Khushi and likes her for who she is. Arnav is a jerk to begin with but that's how he is, how and if that ever changes is what will be interesting.

Yes Khushi has many wounds and Arnav's rash behavior brought them back to her.

Her engagement wasn't supposed to be a secret, it was something that was to be done privately and then told to everyone later, however it ended up becoming a secret because of how things ended and how it traumatized Khushi.
