Sorry once again for the late un-res Baccha! I'm bad I know.. 😔

Anyways, coming to teaser, well, that was one intriguing teaser Baccha! So Arnav is saved and is in hospital getting treatment. Hmm.. nice! But how did he come to hospital?

And Khushi is not seen? Doctor is looking at Arnav how? Was anyone even there with Arnav when he was brought to hospital? Is Doctor looking at him pity? Hmmm... first tell me this, after how many days did Arnav wake up?

Is Khushi kidnapped? *gasp* If she is really kidnapped, what if the one's who abducted her didn't give her proper treatment? If she is not, then did she go into coma? Or she donated something to Arnav as he was in need? Did something like that happen?

Chapter ~ 1--------------------------{2}

Arnav opened his eyes slowly to find himself surrounded by the loud beeping machines and white pale walls. His eyes adjusted to the surrounding and then the recent events dawned upon him as a nightmare. He tried getting up on the bed only to wince in pain as it courses all through his body.

"Relax son... U r hurt... The more u try moving, the more it will hurt..." Arnav casted his eyes upon the elderly doctor who entered his ward.

Not replying him, he asked abt who he was concerned of.

"Where's Khushi?"

"Huh?" The doctor looked as if he was caught off-guard. He had expected a reply or something else but the sudden question was definitely unexpected.

"I asked... Where is MY wife Khushi Arnav Singh Raizada?" Arnav asked gritting his teeth in anger still trying to get up.

His pain can wait for him to wince but right now his priority was to go to Khushi and comfort her. He was sure she is badly harmed in the accident. Her screams had made that clear to him.

"Sorry to say but the lady who was brought along with you to the hospital couldn't make it. Not only had she lost ample amount of blood but she was destroyed. The crash had an sympathetic affect on her." The doctor replied silently with his gaze fixed at the floor

Arnav's world crumbled as he heard the doctor utter those sinful words. How can that happen? How can my Khushi die? That's not possible. She's a fighter. She can't leave me like this. She has to live.. She has to live for me. How can the doctor say they couldn't save my Khushi? Maybe... Maybe they are talking about someone else. Yes of course there can be someone else too. My Khushi... Nothing can happen to my Khushi.

The doctor patiently saw the display of emotions on Arnav's face as the news sunk in him and he looked shaken. His blood pressure was starting to shoot up and the doctor called our for the nurse to bring the Hydralizine injection.

"I want... To see... Kh.. Khushi..." Arnav started breathing heavily while the doctor rushed to him and injected the hydralizine in his blood stream.

Arnav calmed down as he lost his conscious not before whispering the name of his love... His life whom he just lost.

"Khushi"

Lying on the hospital with his eyes closed, even in his subconscious state, all he thought was of Khushi. The horrible incident came crashing to his memory and his eyes opened up with a jerk as breathing became unsteady and the doctors rushed to calm him. Slowly he calmed and once again went to the slumber as the nightmare engulfed him.

Arnav felt his hair being ruffled lightly and wished it to be Khushi bit he knew she wasn't there. She was no more beside him. She went away. She left him. She broke her promise and left him alone in this world.

How can she just leave me like this?

Arnav slowly opened his eyes as his gaze fell upon his sister with tears rolling down her eyes.

Di.." Arnav whispered in his croaked voice looking directly into his sister's eyes wanting those warm eyes to assure him that his love hasn't left him. She is still alive. But no! They were lifeless. Those expressive eyes were filled with tears, hurt and LOSE. Lose of a wonderful sister.

Arnav's eyes unconsciously shed tears as he sat motionless on the hospital bed not wanting to believe that his Khushi was dead.

The doctor entered in the ward to check upon Arnav who was nothing but a broken man.

"Arnav.. How are you feeling? Where is it hurting more?" The doctor asked politely just to be greeted by the silence that prevailed.

Aakash turned towards the doctor handing over his uncontrollably crying wife to his mom who too sat with tears flowing down her eyes not caring for her make-up getting spoiled.

"Doctor can we see Khushi-ji's body.. I mean can we take her body for the last rituals?" Aakash asked the doctor as he finally found his voice back.

"Sure.. Of course..."

"No" Everyone looked shocked at Arnav as he denied. He continued further, "I don't want to see Khushi. Neither will anyone do her last rituals"

Everyone was shocked at his sudden illogical decision.

"Ch.. Chhote ee aap jaa keh rahe hai? Hume Khushi Betiya ka antimsanskaar Karna padega" {Ch... Chhote what are you saying? We have to do Khushi Betiya's last rituals} Nani tried making Arnav see sense but he was stubborn on his decision.

Anjali silently featured everyone to move out of the ward as she sat there trying to sooth her brother. 14 years back, it was him who had become her pillar of support after their mother's death and now it was her turn to become his support when his beloved wife had gone to her Devi Maiyaa.

"Chhote.. Kya hua? Tum Khushi-ji ko dekhna bhi nahi chahte?" {Chhote.. What happened? You don't even want to see Khushi-ji?} Asked Anjali in a low voice trying to sound strong but failing miserably.

"Di main Khushi ko dekhna nahi chahta. Agar usse dekhunga toh woh saare pal phirse yaad aayenge. Aapko pata hai Khushi jab drive kar rahi thi tabb usne mujhe warn kiya tha ki main usse pareshaan na karu par Maine uski baat nahi maani. Aur phir yeh accident hua... Di agar Maine Khushi ki baat maani hoti toh aaj Khushi mere saath hoti... Yeh sab meri galti hai di... Yeh sab meri galti hai... Meri wajaah se Khushi apni jaan kho bethi. Main usko maar diya..." {Di I don't want to see Khushi. If I see her, I'll once again get reminded of all those events. U know when Khushi was driving she had warned me to not trouble her but I didn't listen to her. And then this accident took place... Di if I would have listened to Khushi, she would have been alive beside me... This is all my fault Di... This is all my fault... Bcoz of me Khuahi lost her life. I killed her Di...} Arnav cried and cursed himself while Anjali hugged him tightly and put his head in her lap trying to sooth his pain.

"Nahi Chhote... Isme tumhari koi galti nahi hai... Accident hona kismat mein pehle likha tha issilye accident hua. Uss mein tum ya hum kuch nahi kar sakte... Pls Apne aap ko blame mat karo Chhote..." {No Chhote... It wasn't ur fault... Accident was already written in destiny and so it had to happen. In that neither u nor me could do anything... Pls don't blame urself Chhote...} Anjali tried hard making Arnav understand that he wasn't at fault.

Later Arnav cried himself to sleep. He had made a firm decision of nut seeing Khushi for even the last time. He was scared. He din want to see her. He din want to face her. Somewhere he still held himself responsible for her death. He had denied even Aakash and the complete family from seeing her. He was getting haunted by the accident scenes. Neither the Raizadas nor the Guptas tried arguing with him. They all knew how much Arnav loved Khushi and how much he's affected by her death. So they thought of obeying him she doing Khushi's last rituals once Arnav was alright and a bit out of the shock of Khushi's departure.

Very well written update, it made me feel so sad, I cried a lot through the whole update, arnav's state is breaking my heart, and the fact that he's blaming himself made it more difficult, please update soon
