I let her go the day I realize I do not deserve her. The day I realized I was wrong. It's not I let her go but I could not stop her when she said she want freedom, I could not deny. I just realize how much I've loved her. Her hairs, her touches, her smile, her anger, her smile and her antics in short I miss everything about her.
1 year before
Its Payash wedding and khushi is engaged to Shyam jha and ASR is engaged to Lavanya. Arshi aren't on talking terms. After her babu ji's illness khushi was engaged to Shyam jha and ASR was stubborn to prove khushi wrong that he isn't effected by her engagement and got engaged to Lavanya who on the other hand know the reality: why ASR is with her but she just wish he become hers one day.
NOW he is here to propose no force her to marry him. Because he knows she is engaged to the man his sister loved the most. She should get punished for trying to hurt his sister. His ego, anger, hurt and past was giving him tough time. He was unable to think straight right now all he understood was that khushi was doing this to take revenge on him after he rejected her on Diwali night. If she want revenge then he want too, he had decided to make her his even if it is forcible he don't care.
"KHUSHI MARRY ME NOW" khushi looked at him shocked and slapped him so hard.
"WHAT DO YOU THINK OF YOURSELF? HUH AM I A TOY YOU WANT TO PLAY WITH? *she pushed him hard* I AM NEVER EVER GONNA MARRY A HEARTLESS MAN LIKE YOU" she tried to leave but he held her arm "NOT EVEN FOR PAYAL" she froze on the spot and looked at him with disbelieve written on her face "YOU'RE GONNA REGRET IT"
"I DON'T CARE" he shrugged
"I CAN'T LIVE WITH YOU ARNAV...THE AIR SUFFOCATE ME" it hurts him to see her hating him so much. Why? Why would she hate him so much when she loves everyone so much around her? Why she want revenge on him?
"I'LL LOVE YOU" he cupped her face at once forgetting everything.
"THOSE WHO LOVE DOESN'T HURT" she replied looking deep in his eyes.
"I'LL NOT"
"PROMISE"
"PROMISE" If only it was the real conversation. Reality was harsh and heated by ego.
"THE AIR SUFFOCATE ME TOO" holding her neck tightly "BUT I WANT TO LIVE WITH YOU BECAUSE I WANT REVENGE TOO" tears brimmed in her eyes.
"YOU KNOW WHAT, EVERY TIME I CRY FOR YOU KNOWING VERY WELL YOU DON'T DESERVE THEM BUT STILL I CRY...I AM SO BAD...LET'S JUST PART OUR WAYS, YOU AND I WILL NOT FACE EACH OTHER...EITHER YOU WALK AWAY OR I" she put the proposal in front of him.
"AND YOU WON'T GET MARRIED" he gritted his teeth
"NO...I WON'T GET MARRIED NIETHER WITH YOU NORE WITH HIM...I JUST REALIZE YOU BOTH DON'T DESERVE ME..." she was free from his hold and whispered in his ear "TAKE CARE OF YOUR SISTER RATHER THAN SPOIING OTHER'S LIFE ARNAV"
"YOU DID IT TO TAKE REVENGE ON ME FOR REJECTING YOU" he spoke angrily holding her arm
"I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THOUGHT OF ME" she tried to free her arm.
"WHY DON'T YOU CARE...MARRY ME KHUSHI" he spoke stubbornly...his desperation was boundless. He was not asking her to marry for revenge but he just wanted her to be his.
"NO, I'LL NOT" she replied back angrily
"NOT EVEN FOR YOUR SISTER" he said looking in her eyes.
"NO, NOT EVEN FOR MY SISTER" he looked at shocked. She isn't the girl he knew.
"WHY?" he asked his jaws clenched
"I AM NOT ANSWERABLE TO YOU MR. RAIZADA" she replied still wriggling in his grip
"ANSWER ME"
"I WON'T"
"KHUSHI" he hissed holding her tighter "YOU CAN'T RUN AWAY FROM ME"
"I AM NOT RUNNING ARNAV...I LEFT YOU THE DAY I REALIZE HOW PRECIOUS I AM AND HOW CHEAP YOU ARE...I AM AT PEACE"
"KHUSHI ANSWER ME WHY?"
"YOU WANT ANSWER THEN LISTEN *she told him everything about Shyam and her relation and how she saw him with Anjali and how they broke up* I'VE NOTHING TO LOSE AND I AM NOT READY TO LOSE MYSELF-NOT FOR YOU NOT FOR ANYONE" she didn't cry this time. She was strong more than she was ever before may be she had seen harsh realities at the small age. She was taught by her mother (real) to never give up on your dignity and pride even if you love other person more than anything. If people don't give you respect and trust you, you don't have to run behind them. Leave them till they realize how wrong they are and she will leave him until he realize her value, her power and trust her even if she has to wait for whole life. She will!
"LEAVE ME" she said as he found him lost and silent and HE LET HER GO.

From that day their paths have been different.
Khushi looked around her surrounding and smiled at everyone. She owns a hotel. It was her father's on her name. No one knew about it, if they knew they would have force her to sell it as they did with her parent's farm house.
She had re-opened it and had cooked all the dished herself at start as it was once famous but now it was not. She had to work hard to run it with little resources but she had no other choice then to work hard and give all her energy to this place after all it's her inheritance.
She had been lucky to get a great chance in her life. Her family had abundant her after he broke up with Shyam without knowing anything clearly neither she do not explain it nor they asked. She was fed up with people around her judging her every single time.
She wanted to live happy and now she is HAPPY. But still she miss him a lot. Sometime she wishes to run back in his arms but then she just couldn't think straight, he must be happy with Lavanya now.
ASR looked at her from far as she ran inside her hotel with so many school kids running after her. She is so selfless that she gives more than half of her earned money to kids in orphanage and also serves them lunch every day. And he watches all this from far.
Every time he tried to reach her and every time his feet betray him.

Sometime you don't realize value of someone until you realize they have moved miles away from you and those feelings are terrible.
