what did arnav want to say to khushi?

It has been shown twice that arnav wanted to say something desperarely to khushi but eventually he could not say it..first instance is of after khushi's awesome resignation lecture...arnav kept repeating to khushi in the storeroom scenes and the remple scenes(not the teej ones but the one with khushi in pink-white suit) that he wanted to say something but she just wouldn't listen..he probably wanted to properly explain to her that he didn't know about the office building being in such dangerous conditions and say sorry..it probably would have been a repeat of arhi's gazebo scene where arnav started with saying sorry in such a rough manner..manhandling and all.

The second instance I am talking about is of the terrace scene..arnav wanted to finally tell khushi what he 'felt' for her..but what would he have said..and how..would it have been sweet keeping in mind the arhi dynamics during those days or like a 'i love you dammit'?..would he have proposed marriage or a live in relationship?

LOL, u just voiced my thoughts. When ever i watch these scenes specially the first one u mentioned-khushi,mujhe tumse kuch baat karne h..meri baat sunoo ( in the store room) even i use to think what he would have said to her. Sorry toh defo NO. He was still ASR during that time.So may be an explanation for what all happened ..i wanted to know how he would have said it back then, then when he was very much ASR.

can we be so sure that arnav would have proposed marriage?..this is a man who couldn't care less about his family's/nani's 'morals'..he didn't care if his marriage with khushi was real/complete or not..he agreed for a proper marriage for khushi's happiness..specially considering his dadi who was giving her a hard time..but there was no dadi during payash marriage

but i still think that he would have married khushi because when khushi said there marriage is incomplete he takes phare with her although it was forced one but for khushi's satisfaction he did it

but see that's the thing..initially a proper marriage was not on asr's mind..he didn't even know if the marriage was real or not and didn't care if it wasn't..he even had a fight with khushi about it..eventually he acceded though.
So similarly,in this case..can we be sure that his initial proposal would have been of marriage?

Live in?? definitely NO...becuz its simple Arnv wanted to admit that Faraq padtha hai...so many of them like...If she is hurt, If she is crying.., if she smiles, if she laugh, fought, talk to other man etc etc etc😊...he very well know about Khushi nd her Traditional beliefs..so will never suggest Live in...😆😆

Next family...during first stages of IPK...he was a emotionally detached man..But later...we can see the change...he respected Gupthas..Now Payal is also in family..Khushi might agree for some romantic relation for a certain span of time but with full commitment and ultimately Wedding..He did know dat...

so in ASR style..he might propose her..Not for marriage directly but for a commitment...then eventually u know😆😆😆..

a live in relationship does not necessarily mean a relationship of no commitment..i think a proper sequence would be no mention of commitment/no commitment/marriage/live in during the expression of feelings..they get into a romantic relationship..khushi eventually wants a commitment of marriage but asr is not ready..after so many fights and almost losing her he does get ready..but that's pretty cliche?
Can we expect khushi to change.
to change her pov about marriage..to start thinking that where there is love then marriage/live in does not matter.
..she gets into a live in relationship with him..asr does propose a marriage after much time for her but he is unaware that she only wants to be with him..marriage or no marriage..so these things don't matter to them but they do it for the families/keeping the society in mind..but the biggest issue for khushi would be disappointing her father..and i am not sure as a viewer who liked khushi-babuji's relation i would have liked seeing that.
