What a beautiful post.
One thing that had always been a constant in IPK was the 'symbolism' that the script had conveyed. Whether it was the track of Arnav realizing his feelings for khushi, or khushi getting to know the soft-hearted Arnav behind the ASR or the intense passion of their romantic encounters or for that matter even the fact of Arnav learning the truth , everything had a layered and underlying meaning to what was shown on screen. And it was portrayed quiet well to keep the viewers hooked to the show and the makers n the actors did a fab job of portraying it well. From the choice of clothes to the language used, everything had a 'reason' to it and added weight n value to the show n to characters. Even when EJ's promo was released, the subtle changes in Arhi were kept in mind. For instance, ASR's own color black was now teamed up with a lighter white and khushi had a subtle white under her bright yellow, a mark of change as to 'how ' the two had taken to each other mannerisms. From IPK to EJ, the changes in the characters were shown well, yes it did have its lows but it had its good points too. Like how Arnav had become a 'free and more giving n accepting' man in love while khushi who always lived for others, realised n accepted that she did have a 'right' on Arnav. And add to that the chemistry has gone up a few notches higher. 😳
