So true, TM ... Khushi whisked life into the show! It was so dull and lifeless without her ... still cannot understand what the makers were thinking, making this Jashn into a series of flashbacks with one sided narration ... one or two episodes is fine, but six out of eight episodes ... disaster!!! And Barun was completely the wrong choice for narrator ... won't say more on that.
But Khushi in one episode has brought the life and spark back into the show ... Sanaya has done two other characters after Khushi, and one of them a polar opposite of Khushi ... yet she got back the mannerisms and speech down pat ... except for one slip at the start ... 'main yahan hun' ... after that she went right back to 'hum' During the show, Sanaya said her dialogues were given to her written with main ... and she had to change them to 'hum' ... she remembered even that little detail.

Either the writing was better for her character, or Sanaya as usual rose above the script to emote beautifully ... Khushi was always a firecracker with an angry ASR, but melted into mush with Arnav ... That last scene was the best, where we saw the mixture of expressions fleeting across her face ... trying to hold on to her anger, but melting, worrying for him, softening immediately when he said he can't live without her ... her eyes said it all.

Good to see the Arshi nok jhok again ... theirs was a match of equals ... right now looks like Khushi firmly has the upper hand ... but good to see a small glimpse of the famous ASR temper ... Arnav did not seem like Arnav without that for all the last 6 episodes.

Well a show cannot be successful with a a single actor, that is the reason a pair is chosen.
For me today, the life of the show, that is, Arshi came back.
It was nice to see Arnav and Khushi together after a long time.

Hi Shivi ..'
first of all sorry for the late reply ...i am 5 pages late. 😭 was out the whole day n just logged in.

Lovely post shivi. I so agree with u that TODAY it felt like a 'celebration ' of IPKKND in the real sense 😛 since the beginning of IPK, Khushi n Arnav have been the ying n yang n then they complimented n completed each other. Taking khushi out from the show was a recipe of disaster.
Khushi gives life to IPK cos she was the one who COLORED Arnav's lifeless n dull life with the hues of happiness. So YEP she makes IPK what it is in the true sense. 😳

Sanaya is an actor par excellence. She can enact khushi every second of her life n its like she has breathed life into the character 😃...

So happy to have my KKGSR back ..i love her n sanaya so much .❤️..IPK isn't IPK if she aint there

Well said Zesty
I didn't mind the first episode with just Arnav in it and him talking about his Khushi but it became very annoying after 2 episodes. I always considered Barun to be a very weak actor (MY OPINION) so I found it very difficult to sit through the cringeqorty jashn episodes but I didn't want yesterdays episode to get over;; khushi came on and changed everything in just 2 minutes!!

It is common sense that a love story clicks for both leads, both perspectives.
But it is perfectly ok to laud each of the leads separately isn't it? When the ML is exclusively praised and drooled over for his looks, acting, eyes, lips and dialogues(don't know how that is even possible) and what not, it should be ok for the FL also to be exclusively praised right without bringing in the jodi.

When I entered this forum after IPK ended, as a new Sanaya fan, I was asked rather rudely why I was not a fan of the Barun, making me wonder if being a drooling fan of the ML is a prerequisite to watch the show and be on the forum. Today I am so happy to see posts like these which share opinions rising above the drool pool.

I am a fan of the show and watch the show from Khushi's point of view and happen to love the female role more the male lead.

So the monologues from Arnav's point of view was a bore fest for me.
Khushi infused life into the show for me.

Perfectly said, sweetheart!! My making posts on Khushi, doesnt take away the credit from the other half , who is equally responsible for show's success! Yes, its a love story, and both leads should be praised, together or separate- both things should be allowed.

I loved sanaya in the episode . but I don't get why people are dragging barun here.
He may be good or bad but why here no connection.
This is sanayas praise post.
And about the other people asking seerat rudely I am sorry people did that to u. But now the forum is different . at least the crowd is different .
Those who had to be rude and selfish did that went away after putting all the blame on barun . never returned back . but is it fair to treat others the same way ur treated when u know how it feels.
When u know others did nothing to close the show .they are new .
Just a question .
Sorry again if it offended anyone.
