All I want to say is I miss ASR/Arnav, I see more of Barun in these webisodes. I might as well get used with watching old IPK episodes on my laptop.

Shoddy writing has basically been a consistent problem with the series. And, nothing can save the episodes from that. The thing is, if they really were interested in thanking the fans, it would have been one or two episodes at the most, without flashbacks, like a true epilogue set 3yrs later.

Except, this was always a business venture, a profit making idea to promote Hotstar. And, what better way to do it than by involving the only fandom with a pathological obsession(I am guilty of it too) with the show even after years of going off air. I heard IPK had the highest views on HS or that it is the most viewed show or some such thing. That sort of explains why this drawn out mess has been made. In a way, I am glad this is the last time they touch IPK.

Give at least 2 episodes with decent number of ArHi scenes & all will be forgiven, at least from me. And, end this on a good note. They have had their fun. They got the numbers they wanted for Hotstar. Hopefully, we will get something good out of this too. And, with that, let IPK be done & over with for good. Some classics aren't to be meddled with, especially if your writers don't know what they had written before & are going to bluff their way through a mini series.

While I found episode one to be high on the cheese factor & episode 5 was as much of a filler episode as an episode can be, the other episodes have been ok, if you choose to overlook the fact that they were joking about new content.

I agree with the part about ASR! I never dreamt of such behaviour from ASR! I mean, for someone who has been dominating all his life, who could only show anger, who didn't talk much, who didn't know how to say a sorry, or wish for birthday is doing all these things?? In just a span of 3 years? How can someone change so easily?

But then, this was my dream to watch ASR recall all precious moments of his life! And now that my dream came true, i'm very happy!

And what can we expect more from SP/hotstar? This has been the case everytime! It was just to promote hotstar!
But then, this shows that IPKKND is the only show which is being loved so much after these many years!

I actually agree with u, I had assumed EJ would must be a mini series itself... I dnt know where this is all gonna lead to.. There is no story nothing... All I can guess in last episode they show Khushi telling Arnav she is pregnant then they again rejoice their flashbacks and whole team comes in one frame to give a family photo and say a big Thankyou!

ASR is not ASR... He is nice hunk very cute bt not ASR😳.. No Khushi😲 Actually that shocks me too!!! I am not even excited for tomorrow's epi!😳 it is done jst to promote hotstar thats it!...bt still I watch EJ on regularly😆😳

And not to forget yep many of my good frnds on thumblr, FB nd IF returned with the sole reason for the Jashn!

Utterly sad to have so much hope for this much anticipated return, to only see it going to ruins.

The only good thing about this was it made me rewatch the old episodes😆 instead of watching the new ones I have started watching the initial episodes of ipk🤣

Khushi, I can understand that she has changed from a haylow to hi. People see their environment and grow. But she has not lost her enthusiasm or her chulbuliness even after this change. ASR I cant recognize!

Yup the stories on IF are great fodder for continuing the series but I don't think Hotstar really cares about the content they are putting out 😭
