Episode 4 - written update

The episode starts with Akash telling Arnav that Khushi wanted to speak to him about something.

Trying to hint to Arnav what it is that she wanted to talk about, Arnav finally gets that she wants to talk about kids. Arnav gets confused. Akash leaves quickly.

Arnav is surprised

"Khushi wanted to talk to me about kids..?!"

"Khushi is still a child herself!..I mean this girl, she still sleeps with hanging stars above the bed."

Confused and surprised, Arnav starts talking to us: "Actually, Khushi believes that her mom and dad became stars after their death..First I thought this is nonsense..Maybe it's not. Sometimes, it does not matter whether what you believe in is a lie or the truth. Because belief is above a lie or the truth. And I believe... Khushi is completely crazy!"

Arnav's phone starts ringing.

Arnav: "Hi Di"

Anjali shows in the office of her NGO: "Hello..Chote! Wish you a very happy anniversary!"

Arnav smiles: "Thank you"

Anjali, sitting down in her chair: "Chote, NK had called! He asked me to wish you for your anniversary. You know, we gossiped a lot about you! You remember? That new year's eve?! When you talked to me in such a rude manner...(Anjali mimickes Arnav) I will never look at Khushi's face, I will never talk to her!"

Arnav smiles thinking about it.

Anjali: "And then..."

Arnav, smiling to himself: "What?"

Anjali: "By the way Chote..that night, you went to Buaji's house didn't you?"

Arnav's smile drops hearing that and he starts thinking...

Arnav at Khushi's place..in her bedroom, and Arnav is about to open the door when Buaji's voice rings out...Khushi in stress about being caught with Arnav in her bedroom this late! In her panic, she asks Arnav to lie down on the bed. Arnav refuses but he falls on the bed. Khushi quickly covers him with the blanket. Buaji comes in the room and thinking Payal is sleeping, tucks a reluctant Khushi in beside Arnav. They both lie under the blanket...Buaji leaves the room...

Arnav smiles remembering the moment.

Anjali: "You and Akash never tell me anything! And when I ask NK he gets nervous, he is scared of me!"

Arnav nods in understanding, smiling.

Anjali: "Chote, I am your sis, aren't I? You love me so much...Tell me...What happened that night..?"

Arnav: "Nothing happened Di.."

Anjali smiles her teasing smile.

Arnav: "There are some things that are not to be told.." Arnav smiles at us, and then remembers what happened that night.

Arnav looking at Khushi...Khushi has her eyes closed, still in the fear of being caught with Arnav..he gets lost in her beauty...Stares at her...Rabba veee...Seeing some tendrils of hair on her face he wants to remove it. Raising his hand near her face, Khushi sees it and gets up in shock...

Arnav smiles remembering the scene, when someone comes and gives Arnav some gifts.

Anjali: "Chote, I sent gifts for you, did you see them?"

Arnav takes the gifts: "Yes di, got them"

Taking one of the gifts, Arnav opens it, saying: "What is that..?"

Anjali laughs inwardly.

Arnav opens the gift and looks at it. It's made by children.

Arnav: "Oh! It's a..chart"

Anjali is still laughing and waiting patiently for Arnav to read the text.

Arnav reads..'Happy Anniversary, Khushi Didi & Chote Jijaji'

Arnav : "Seriously Di? Chote Jija ji (Brother in law)??"

Anjali laughs aloud: "Ok Listen, Don't make fun of it, alright? The children at my NGO made it with a lot of love. Okay, I sent another gift."

Arnav starts to open it: "ok.."

Anjali: "It's not for you!!"

Arnav quickly closes it, surprised.

Anjali: "I sent it for Khushiji, it's a sari.."

Arnav:"okay.."

Anjali: "Chote, you remember, on the day of Diwali..Khushiji accidentally wore the red sari. She looked beautiful didn't she?"

Arnav, casually: "She looked fine.." While looking at us and signing to us how perfectly amazing she looked, Arnav remembers the day in question..

Khushi in red..under the moonlight.. at the poolside...Rabba veee..Arnav totally lost in her..backing her up against the wall...caressing her cheeks..Looking in each other's eyes...Coming closer to her face...And closer yet...

Anjali: "Chote! Helloo..??"

Arnav snaps out of his memories.

Anjali: "Chote where are you lost..?"

Arnav: "Uh.. No.. Nothing Di.."

Anjali, smiling: "Chote.. She looks very pretty in sari's isn't it? Remember that night of Akash and Payal's sangeet? She wore a green sari right? And then...You went to the stage..And then..."

Arnav is listening while smiling at his Di's talks, remembering yet another romantic moment..

Arnav and Khushi on the stage..In the spotlights...Dancing together..Rabba veee...Lost in each other..His hand on her waist..Dancing closely..

Arnav, trying to change the topic: "Okay Di..Did you get the cheque of AR for your NGO?"

Anjali: "Yes I got it. Don't change the topic! Okay Chote..Do you remember, that mehndi night of Akash and Payal? Did you know, Nani and I made a bet that the two of you would get together. Khushi came to your room that night to get that bangle didn't she?"

Khushi knocks on Arnav's room's door. She finds the box with the bangle but stumbles and it falls in the pool. Trying to reach it, Arnav helps her. She is shocked to see Arnav. He gives her the bangle.

Anjali: "Afterwards when she came from the room, she was so shy, and she didn't say anything! What had happened that time?"

"You can do anything, can't you? Can you do what I am about to do now? Want to bet?"...Arnav pulls her closer..Khushi is nervous...Heartbeats are heard...Arnav kisses her on the cheek..Khushi's eyes are wide in surprise..

Arnav smiles in himself remembering the sweet kiss, but doesn't say anything.

Anjali, upset: "Chote please tell me..I am your Di, you don't hide anything from me, do you?... And..Khushiji became so excited, that she kissed all of us in a line! And then even...you!"

Khushi is excited, and gives her compliments to Anjali, kissing her on her cheek...Then she does the same to Nani...And then Mami...And then...Arnav!

Anjali: "Chote you know..I know you will not agree, but you have changed a lot. But for the good. Usually, people change a bit when in a relationship."

Arnav: " yeah.. Only Khushi hasn't changed. She is the same crazy girl that I married. Khushi was only nervous when she stopped talking to Devi Maiyaa."

Anjali, surprised: "Really..When did that happen?"

Arnav: "It was my fault. I married her forcibly. I treated her very badly."

Anjali: "Yes Chote, It was your fault. But Devi Maiya and Lakshmi ji had to bear the consequences! (Anjali laughing) You know.. She stopped talking to Devi Maiyya, but she talked the whole day to Lakshmi ji all the time!"

Anjali laughs: "When I remember this, I think I will die from laughing!"

Arnav scolds Anjali for talking about death: "Please Di"

Anjali apologizes.

Arnav: "By the way you have also changed. You are so strong now. You find humour in every thing nowadays. Di you'll have to do something for me."

Anjali: "yes tell me."

Arnav says something to Anjali which we cannot hear. Anjali gets shocked hearing this.

Anjali, shocked and surprised: "Chote! You want ME to do this??"

Arnav: "Please?"

Precap: Arnav reads a card, To the only girl who has ever captured my heart, without whom I'd completely fall apart. Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada, tum thodi pagal ho ( You're a bit crazy) but that shouldn't stop me from saying I LOVE YOU. Arnav reads it aloud but stops when about to say "I Love You", he talks to us: "You know I... I can't say it normally like that!...When she would appear now ,then I would definitely say it to her..." Just then the bell rings..Arnav goes to open the door but gets shocked..
