Team Sarun is the one who said its a brief glimpse of them... indicating a promo. They also talked to both Sarun regarding this. So im sure the show isnt going to continue, new show wise Barun is doing a web series episodics which probably they might want Sanaya doing it too or something along the lines..

But seriously, you all are right. I can't think of a reason why SP would shoot a supposed "promo" or whatever they are planning, if they have no interest whatsoever. Why take so much pain in shooting a mere promo for an old show? 😕 Anyway, I just want my Arshi on the screen once again...whether it's a promo, a finite series or a special episode. But they can at least give us a hint
