Read the note...

I really hope that we'll get an update, not a summary even though Diwali is over...

I have read almost all of ur works except careless whispers n colors of the wind...It's not that I don't like reading it... It's just that when I start reading, I can't concentrate on anything else without finishing it.. So I'm planning to read it in one go once I finish my internship...

All the other stories, some of them were completed ones by the time I joined n others.. I was there with the journey... I was not a silent reader nor a regularly commenting one...I used to comment about two three chapters in one go... But u were always a major part of my ipk world... Yeah dts it.. Almost all of us here in this forum have that one world where we live with unknown yet known people... So when I read the last note, I was like..I'm afraid that u'll go away.. Pls don't go... Just stay here... Write only when you feel like doing it... I don't know if I'm overreacting... But this is what I felt... Pls stay.

Meera...i am truly missing this story and your writing. I hope you are well and that your writers block becomes unblocked! Hope you can continue soon (it would be a shame if a lovely story that is taking us on a journey, ends with a summary!)

I don't know if you remember , but in one of my comment i mentioned that i will be going to varanasi and guess what?, last week i came back from there 😃. Actually , it was a week long trip in which we visited Allahabad, bodhgaya and varanasi . everything was beautiful in an authentic way and i absolutely loved bodhgaya ( the place were gautam budhha gained enlightenment ) you should go there if you haven't already . but the reason i went there in the first place is just because of this story😆, i also wanted see and imagine for myself what arshi would have looked like , sitting and chatting on those ghats😳 (i couldn't 😛). anyway, i liked the experience and i wanted to tell you about and i hope that you read this ( coz i am weirdly very excited to know what you must be thinking)

P.S. you dont need to reply , but please tell us whether you will continue the story

P.P.S. i want you to continue because this story is very reletable, different and lovely, when i read it ,i smile and it feels like a poetry to me😊

A Note:

The last six months have been - for the lack of a better word - frustrating. Without boring you with any details that can easily be classified as just life being life at its bitchiest best, let me just say that I have not had time or the mental space / energy for creativity. And while i know it is frustrating to have a story left through half way, it is just as much, if not more to have it swirling in your head but never finding its way to the keyboard

Nevertheless as Diwali approached and passed us by, I realized that it would be a criminal waste (of my own cherished idea) to not tell the story as I planned it to - like abandoning a vacation that you had been planning for ages only because you don't have the time to sit back and relax. So no, the story will not be abandoned or summarized. It shall be told and this most humble "author" pledges to do it.

I only ask of you support and kindness that you have always lent me plenty of. I promise you I am not taking your readership for granted - I am only doing the best that I can

I don't want to put a date out there but I plan to put the next chapter up as soon as I can and hopefully before the year ends. And after that at least a couple of chapters every month.

Thank you as always for being so good to me and the River. We are nothing without you!
