Amazing post Asrcraze. Kudos to you for perfectly portraying and depicting the evolution of Arnav from ASR with these perfect dialogues and pictures. 👍🏼
Who knew that the guy who denied the existence of emotion called love would one day fall in love and that too so hard! Okay yeah we all knew that Arnav & Khushi were destined to be together but still who had imagined that a non-believer like him would be one day telling Khushi the reason behind her fast heartbeats with "Kyunki hamari dhadkanein ek ho jati hain"

Arnav hurt her, despised her, challenged her (I loved the challenges btw😉) but he couldn't ignore her. NEVER. Not when she fell in his arms for the first time, not when she tried to do her job and not when she cried. He knew he was unreasonably harsh on her but that was his self-preservation & ego kicking in all the time. But Khushi knew about it. Didn't she say "Table for two. Ek inke liye aur ek inki akad ke liye"

Although I started watching it a bit late but I miss it daily. As Arnav would say Yeh kya kar diya tumne mere saath IPKKND!!!

Jisko jee jaan se chahte hain

Jab usko nazron ke samne paate hain

Tab aankhein bolti hain zubaan nahin.

Yeh hum jaante hain, yeh aap jaante hain

Aise mein sawaal wahin karte hain jinhe pyaar kya hai iski hawa tak nahin..

In the end I would just like to dedicate few lines of a song (Aye meri zindagi, Movie- Saaya)
Bhool kar bhi tujhe bhool sakte nahin, isliye bhool jane ki parwaah nahi

Don't know when we will be able to watch them together again on our screens till then Jalebi khao and Rabba Vey...

Thanks to the makers for the gifs and Google for making it easy to find them. 😛

Thanks Saiyyu for giving me the link :)

*Edited* I hope finally the pics have uploaded completely

Arnav Singh Raizada was not an ordinary character and apart from the progression from Nafrat to Mohabbat, ASR to Arnav has been an unforgettable journey. And I'm so glad you made a post with Arnav as a character because I truly miss them. Arnav and Khushi.
Great great post, and what a way to show the evolution of Arnav from ASR, through his own words. The man who didn't believe in anything superstitious, now goes to mandir just for that smile on his wife's face. The person who felt money could buy anything, now doesn't need anything other than his Khushi.

IPKKND somehow was Arnav's journey from ASR. Khushi did change in the course of the show. She became more confident. But then it was somehow Arnav in the end who had changed himself to be with khushi. Though the changes didn't effect him in a very big way but it made him a better man who now can enjoy his life to the fullest . Having said that i don't think he'll ever become a complete Arnav. But most of the time he'll be Arnav rather than ASR. Khushi was a ray of sunshine which came in his life and changed him for better.Off course both had to go through very tough and hard times during this journey but eventually remained together in it. In Hatred and love they played an equal part.
Each cast had their parts to play in their story and eventually they had too had their deadline.

Unique show which will stay in the hearts of everyone forever.

* Thank you asrcraze for making this amazing post. I really loved your analysis on the character change of Arnav from ASR. 👏

I feel proud to be a member of this IPKKND family on IF. It's been three years, three long years; the show has ended and heck, a second show has started, yet we're still pinning over Arnav Singh Raizada and Khushi Kumari Gupta. Give yourself a pat on your back guys, I'm sure half of us have not been this dedicated to our real world! :P
Happy 3rd IPKKND anniversary guys! :)

ASR according to me was one of the best written characters in the Indian television. He was not a shy , sensitive , sweet little boy, managing his family business...but rather a self-made business tycoon, high tempered, pragmatic, rude, wicked, shrewd, uncaring of the world kind of a Man who didn't believe in traditions, god or marriage...a very unconventional type of a hero, who in the beginning bordered to the antagonist almost. The only people he cared about was his family...but still he never bent his own ideologies, for them, to the point of being rude to them if they forced him for something.

I still remember how much i hated that guy initially...i was like - Is he actually the hero of the show ?

But then the way gradually his character evolved was absolutely worth the watch.
Khushi...who brought in the air of change in his life and slowly made Arnav come into view.
Arnav who had the biggest of hearts, who resembled a lost, vulnerable child...still trying to fight the demons of his past ! And then as Arnav started coming out of ASR's shell , we kept falling in love with him more and more with each passing moment.

He was perfect , yet imperfect !

Never before i have loved a male protagonist so much !
The enigmatic ASR !

IPKKND in fact was a journey of changes for each and every character. Be it Arnav. Khushi, Payal , Akash , Mami or Anjali...everyone underwent changes...sometimes for worse , sometimes for better.

It really was an unforgettable journey.*sigh*

PS : Thanks to Rasgulla_sp for scrapping me about this brilliant post !
