A change in place ..a change in pace..really nice story telling Indi di.. soft and languid.. felt lighter to see them this way.. loved this Arnav.. Just the way you described the shy Khushi as she sees Arnav in this different setting and his unabashed teasing .. I can't help my imagination run wild.. 😳 .. hope there is lots more coming.. after all like Khushi has very intelligently noted she is with Laad Governor alone in a house for 2 weeks and we are all very hungry.

Edit - 30 chapters.. that is book right there.. congratulations di.. it is a very beautiful story.. when i first started reading it you had alraedy written 15 chapters I guess. I felt like I had walked into an extension of IPK. And with each update you still manage to retain that authenticity.

I loved the update. It had the maturity and the calm which was required from the upheaval caused in there life. The truth about there life and there parents was revealed to rip the whole of the same coin apart but it actually brought them together. Because they are each other's anchor.

The way Arnav tried listening Khushi's mummers in her sleep and believing it to be hamesha, forever and than finally deducing his hamesha to be Khushi, as she is the one who made him believe in it. He still reckon from that night in sheesh mahal and it's not easily forgotten but what stood out was in no way him blaming Khushi or her mother rather his need to protect Khushi increased many folds.

The Laad Governor looked different to Khushi, more relaxed, seems to fit this world better but what makes it even better was the way Arnav was looking for the signs of normalcy in Khushi. Of having his Khushi away from the pain and horror of those memories. And it came with his title along with her declaration of hunger.

They are made for each other and they just have to go through all the test and hurdles DM have kept for them to test there bond and love for each other.

Indi, beautiful! The wait was worth it - there is this feel, quality to your writing this time - it's different - a steadiness, a sense of quiet, peace - of the whole world stilling and slowing around them, finally allowing them to settle into a calm, uncluttered space where they can now enjoy their togetherness.

There was always this undercurrent of an impending tragedy before in their lives - of things not in their control, of a past that loomed dark, and emotions too raw - but now, in a place that is not their home, thousands of miles away in a busy, crowded, strange city, worlds apart from her Lucknow, why do I feel Khushi has finally found her home?

Wonderful part.

Loved how you have described about one feels when u travel abroad for the first time. And London is one of the best places u should go to for your first trip.

Hope that arnav will find time to spend with Khushi.
