Just beautiful. I really enjoyed it. Khushi at the threshold of marriage, her parents reminiscing about her childhood with warm and special memories especially Shashi.
That bond he has with his daughter you described so well, all the emotions and the love in such sweet simple words, yet so,effective.
Her childhood wish to see SheeshMahal as though she has some inherent connection to it, something that is part of her destiny.
Stories about the gardens and the raj kumar there that form a vital part of her childhood and growing years...and then to finally the day comes when she gets an opportunity to visit.
Her conversation with Arnav, was excellent. Both of them so at ease, the words flowing so innocently and creating such an impact, he immediately calls her a butterfly, as delicate and beautiful as one, who was spreading her wings and roaming around freely reminding him of one, I loved their conversation. It was sweet and pure. ( too much hindi for me though, but I guess it was required for the correct feel)
Her calling him Laad Governor, without any clue who he is she talks to him about the Rajkumar and that is what he turns out to be for her...
I liked the respect he shows for Shashi showing his values and upbringing. I liked that even dadi was happy with his choice, clearly not conscious of class and social standing...I love how he gave her a ros.
I like that he knew then that he wanted to be with her ...and coming back after 5 years having being exposed to so much memories of his butterfly and his first meeting with her are so powerful that it leads to marriage and a lifetime together.
And I loved that she sends him roses the day of their wedding to wish her love, her Rajkumar, happiness and love...hamesha...
Such a lovely dedication to My Mints...
