great to see you though the day ia sad. legend she ia, and what an actress. yes, usually sarees, but as the memorable rina brown... skirts all the time. a rare beauty and an intelligent actress with extreme screen presence. never wanted to act but life made her. seems she said no to ray and raj kapoor and always insisted that her name come before uttam kumar's in those many films they made together. i love her smile. and her stance... turn of head, the owning of her stage.

I was rewatching some of the first few episodes and came across the time Anjali was teasing ASR about the girl in dulhan ka jora who fell into his arms. And since you all know this show by heart 😊 was wondering if she ever did come to know Khushi was that girl. I don't remember it but was it ever shown in any episode ?

Arnav would remember it often. And that linking to previous things..flashbacks.. references to past moments in dialogues.. was nicely shown in this show...made it real...

In episode 8 when Khushi first comes to Shantivan to sell sarees and meets Anjali, Anjali says I have a feeling I have seen you somewhere. I am not sure why she said that to Khushi. Could she have seen the news clip? Or had she really seen Khushi somewhere? Or did her heart recognize her brother's soulmate from day one!

Aarwen, yes would have been great had Anjlai recalled that it was Khushi. And, could there be any thing dumber than Anjali NOT recalling atleast once that Khushi mentioned her fianc's name to be Shyam not even when both the Gupta sisters were trying to prove that in the middle of the RM. Drama can be prolonged in many ways but not at the cost of characterizations.

Interesting conversation going on about the enigma, Arnav Singh Raizada. A whole thesis can be written on his deep character.

Only Gul could create a character like him and partly Barun is also responsible for this appreciation. He didn't let go ASR till the very end.

Arnav got change just for Khushi but he was same ASR for outside world, arrogant , ruthless, smart and cunning businessman. I like his professional traits more than being a family man. He was perfect in them. He was still in need to be taught lessons of being a perfect father for father, husband, brother, nephew, grandson as each moment of life is itself a lesson but unfortunately serial ended. I would love him struggling through these roles. I give him 75% for compatibility and rest is space for improvement.

He was a man full of confidence and passion. He worked passionately, hated passionately, loved passionately. He never felt shamed to show his feeling to others whether it was flirting Khushi before his marriage, troubling her in his office , expressing his love to her in front of servant, spoking out for Khushi self respect in front of his grandmother, hating and avenging Shyam for destroying the life of two important women in his life.

Words for sentences in his praise may end but his characteristics will not.
