For BPO Plus two can also apply, i am a person who run a BPO institution. I have many employees with the same qualification. By saying he has not done beyond 12th, how come he be a gawar😃, i didn't see anyone saying that here.

Again, he started working immediately after his 12th grade, so obviously not after degree course he joined the BPO.

Its possible he did not study after 12th and it is also possible that he might have done a corresponding course...Oh and there is also learning on the job...and the point here is? He is successful. Period. By his hard work. Dedication. Talent. And of course luck.

have you heard of people doing correspondence while working?

anyway this is a pointless discussion

Barun has achieved what he has and it doesnt matter what he studied

Aamir too studied till 12th and today he participates in discussions with Bill Gates and Hillary Clinton

At least Barun had sense to marry after he became a successful actor in baat humari pakki

but aamir did not even do that

he married as a struggler

That way Barun beats even Aamir in terms of maturity

👍🏼i too respect him.it's not education gives every thing .knowledge and hgh degrees can gives us power or high postion in the society,but i dont thing someone who has a worse character will be respected .4 that matter i really respect BS .he is always soo down to earth and try to make other's happy.dont know how can some one be soo low and comment such a crap on youtube,.any one but one thinhg is clear for me ,the person who commented is too low to think like that.LOVE U BARUN😃

Anyone after 12th can join bpo 😊 but
To become a team lead and assistant manager u need to have a degree atleast 😊
Barun is Barun whatever his qualification is ..
But when a guy has completed graduation through correspondence wats the point of saying it as otherwise 😕

Join BPO and the promotion there is based on how good they are in that profession, i am in this profession for the last 10 years. Have seen many.

I won't comment on his qualification side, just for the fact that i don't want to give an impression that BS fans are fighting with each other. Let it be like that. No need to be a graduate to get a promotion in BPO profession, i have many friends in this profession who are OM, TL, QAs and what not. these people supervises the work comes from the first level. I am not delving into the details of BPO.

if i were barun and had completed graduation even through correspondence, i would say "i did my graduation "and not just say "mein 12th ke baad padha nahin" 😆

either the guy is too humble to call himself a graduate or he thinks completing a graduation through correspondence is not of any importance to be mentioned😳

I have seen and heard of people doing correspondence courses for degree and master degrees. I am not saying i don't have knowledge abt correspondence course, but when a person says he didn't study after that, tthis correspondence course also will come into that category.

Now don't put me in a section who wants to see him as gawar, for me he is the most important thing, not the family which he belongs to and the social class or status and not the degrees he have. For me he is a skilled and talented actor, that is it. I am stopping here. I request please don't quote me here, i will have to come again.
