^^switched from science to commerce, it was at the time when they had to select a stream and that was after 10th.

As far as i know he is a graduate by correspondence...he started working at 17 to support his family financially...by the time, he left jindal he was at the post of operation manager, i think that needs a graduation...whatever, he is very civilized n grounded,education aims at sophisticating a person..barun is indeed sophisticated...and he is ace at acting...thats enough for him to grow further, no need of a hi- fi degree...
By the way, sachin tendulkar is not educated further school level and we know the list is long

Operation manager post is based on your excellence in your work as a BPO, i had many OMs with plus two degrees, i came to know about it after some time only. In BPO business degrees matter hardly.

While education does make man a bette person, it's not always education that completes a person. I do not know him personally but from observation of his interviews and his constant mention of working-hard since young age, it has kinda given me a view that he perhaps didn't belong to a family that put much pressure on particular things like education and presentation but only on what's right and wrong. I wouldn't call him illiterate because he is a high school graduate and that does account for something. There are many people who aren't able to continue because of particular reasons.

All educated people are not gentle...Education is very important but I don't think that it is education that makes a man... A person with high moral values like faithfulness, honesty, compassion, hardworking, sincerity and who is cordial, humble and simple etc..etc...is a true gentleman...As Barun has all these qualities he is equal to or more than an educated man...WHETHER HE HAS COLLEGE EDUCATION OR NOT DOESN'T BOTHER ME...
