okay from what i remember.

i made a collage of the two basic shots and then added the image of birds on top using the "add image" option, reducing opacity, got the birds image off the net... the one on top has him looking up, the one below has him looking out and her in the background.

before making the collage, i added the two shots on either side to the top picture, again using "add image then i took the other two shots you see on either side of the top one, using the add image" thing. of course, i added texture to the shots, a look as it were. later just blurred the edges and layered on the bird shot.

hope this is clear. understandable.
