News update: 31/10/13

The breather period started with a bang with amazing contributions and work done mainly by Indi, Kately, Supriya and ArshiHamesha. But, as soon as it started a weird hate-o-thon started doing the rounds, mainly promoted by Issk and Indi. It didn't take long for the reporters to realise that the discussion was about the I hate you episode. Issk went further and started dishing out rare thoughts on the hate episode. Soon, many other blasters took the plunge and came out with their own versions and comments. Indi made edits, Chalhov digged out quotes from all over and so on. It is learnt that the hate-o-thon is still on and is likely to go on for the next few weeks.

Heavy rains compelled Chalhov to work from home for a few days. This resulted in her posting many song posts after a long time. There was a heavy downpour of songs from all eras turning this creations album into a musical album, only adding to the joy of the blasters.

News about the likeliness of BS coming up in a new weekly show on TV has put the blasters in dancing mode again. Indi right away started gyrating to a Helen number, with feathers tucked in at her back, that are suspected to have been taken from ostriches during her recent visit down under. It has been heard that she even went tipsy hearing about someone's favourite drink, whiskey. The blasters are now hoping that the show materialises and they get to see their favourite actor on TV on a regular basis.

The news desk would like to congratulate Wiwy on becoming a dazzler. However, Wiwy put everyone in a sad mood when she announced that she would be ending her FF soon. As they say, all good things come to an end. So, everyone is wishing her all the best and hoping that she would come up with another remarkable story soon.

BFTP has completed two weeks of breather period. Since, many blasters are still engulfed with ad, it had been decided to extend the period to another two weeks.

With Diwali round the corner, memories of this scene kept playing in my head for the last couple days. How an impossibly good looking man and a ravishing girl were drawn to each other like moth and flame or flame and moth... the first desirous Tsunami of this ocean that this rather fragile shore couldn't help but being swept away... all merrily .. ecstatically...blissfully oblivious to where they are headed...

I don't know if the hate-0-thon initiated by Indi and Issk and highlighted by Chalhov and others will be shooed away by the diwali diyas or it will reside in the darkness beneath the diyas!😕 I am sure you will hear more about this from Issk kudiye!😛

Anyways, am glad to see the examinees Samin, Anita and Soha trudging back to Arshiland after their arduous journey into Studyland! Welcome back!🤗 Time to relax! Soha has already written and made some astounding gifs on the sad episodes!

Beautifully written. This payal scene, so much to interpret in her bewildered gazes and his overflowing with tender anticipation. The density and the depthlessness of the scenes make them timeless. Their work is a serious matter of research. All their intense pictures are engaging pieces of art and we celebrated them like never before. Such vast work over the forum. Yes Issk how this rather much sophisticated and liberal man and a girl, modern in her own way with her independent thinking, transport one to the classic era of the 50s and 60s...with an element of shyness, hesitation, even innocence and that unescapable air of romance.. that one is engulfed in sheer beauty, rapture and unending euphoria...

And, did I say, it is rare to see as many close up shots of any one on TV as these two, esp that man of intense emotions... or it needs so much of conviction and guts on the part of both the director and the actor to offer the viewer such a close look... and ofcourse that left us all inundated!

This scene would remain my most fav romantic scene .. we have minced this scene here.. still it remains fresh...I have actually set out to write some thing on 185, but ended up recalling this one..how the import of a few things, the first week of Nov, Diwali changed permanently...missing Arnav/ Khushi all of a sudden.. call it pagalpan or sanka.. may be all good things have to come to an end.. like Wiwy's story!

i am so glad you said it. their work is indeed a serious matter of research. i was just replying to stg1 on my "what's in a jodi" thread and she'd ranked this pair along with the best books and movies and higher... and i wanted to say precisely that. if art is supposed to stir us and make us reach places within us we didn't even know existed, then this jodi certainly created art. and the scale of their impact, so visible in the huge amount of work on this the most active if forum, and beyond... points to a relevance that is worth noting. sohara's nani ji doesn't come here but she feels as intensely as us about asr khushi. same with my aunt of 73, my cousin of 49. my niece of 20.

maybe some day this will get the "serious" study it deserves. till then we, you, me, us we sing songs of praise of a beauty that invades our hearts our brains and our dreams.
