Analysis **** Arnav Singh Raizada!!!

(Wrote this on the 27/05/12) so long ago, but never posted it...!!!

He seems like an unsympathetic, stern and cold hearted human being, but on the inside deep down as the storyline progresses you can see glimpses of what he was 15 years ago. The carefree, happy boy, who grew up in Lucknow, before his parents died and his sister's first marriage broke, and they were thrown out of their home, the Sheesh Mahal by their uncle.

He had to pick up the pieces and support his sister and their broken family.

After enduring so much grief, to not get any further pain or hurt, he put up a wall shielding his emotions within himself. He never lets his guard down with anyone but his sister. Sometimes he even keeps a wall up with his sister.

Gradually he began believing that he could be happy after all, and he let his guard down with Khushi. He was about to experience the most beautiful moment in his life - expressing his feelings to Khushi.

Before this happened, his world came crashing down. His sister got into an accident, he felt like dying because his sister meant everything to him. He was so relieved when he saw her return home.

Anjali told him if you ever have something in his heart, you should say it... so he made up his mind to tell Khushi before it was too late.

Then he went to the terrace and died a second and third time, when he saw Khushi in Shyam's arms. He felt as if the one person he truly loved with all his might, did not love him back. He was broken, and Shyam, his sister's husband with another girl, especially Khushi, he could not stomach the thought of it.

The wall he had been building for 15 years finally crumbled to the ground. In his tears, you can see the unbearable amount of pain and devastation. In Arnav's life the only person he can truly rely on is his sister, but he cannot tell her about his pain, because it will devastate her, and he will never do that to his sister. His sister brought him up like a son, and loves him maybe even more than their mother did. She supported and sided with him during the darkest period in their lives, sacrificing her happiness for his and that is the reason why he would do anything for his sister, even endures pain or even death for her.

Beautiful words Sarita,He is an Iconic character and it's hard to forget him that easily.No doubt Barun really did justice to this character and portrayed him so well that is far perfection...

They are many layers of ASR. You wrote is so beautifully. I will miss him and most and Barun justified the character. I dont think anyone else would have lived the character.
