Indi, Another touching story from your adroit hands.. fabulous!

Always loved/ believed in sharing one's emotions with the elements, esp the water, And loved how you chose Yamuna to be Khushi's pal here in her turmoil!

As we often discuss the injustice done at portraying Khushi's emotions, pain or longing so very well described here by you.. just the way I love it. How utterly romantic is that he flew back just for that one day amidst his dinner skipping schedules, and take her with him adorned with those beautiful bangles. Only you could show this to us..👏.

Felt contented at Khushi's mention of that guest house hair tucking.. reminded how instead of the meaningless scenarios post their marraige,I wished to watch them sharing all their initial tiffs, passions, their inner reactions, unshared emotions sitting by the pool side hand in hand after their marraige. Is that too abstract for a prime time daily soap? Not sure, but then noother story touched us the way Arnav and Khushi's love did. Did it?

Your beautiful description of their love and longing for each other even during their supposed hatred and how they shared it on thsi very special day for them in many ways reminded some old Rafi lines..

thank you for reading and also that rafi song... sada rahi hai, sada rahegi... loved it.

i so agree with you that this story could have been told with so much more beauty and integrity. the basic structure was so good, and many threads hanging there waiting to be picked up and played with... a year would have gone by just doing that and still remaining exciting and relevant... there never was a need for masala mama, bubbly, sheetal, arav, mrs india, dadi, etc.

i still can't quite figure out why they let everything go... serials run on keeping a thread going and getting the most out of it. or they are episodic and capitalise on character and a primary concern of the characters. but here it was like a strong foundation being laid, then a fascinating first floor made, post which suddenly the architect and owner were abducted by aliens and the next floor is made without any connection to what came before... till the structure starts to almost attack itself and self destructs. am i being dramatic? well at one level, it was really that weird and traumatic. maybe that is why i felt the need to write... just to restore some calm 😆.

yes, nature is a powerful thing and i for one find myself talking to it pretty often... and it does give scale to us tiny humans somehow...

Yes indi, We will never have answers to why all the initial hard work and foundation laid was left to be wasted with inane tracks. Perhaps it was too time and effort consuming for many involved which they weren't willing to put later on, the very reason why it was a class act initially. Anyway, for the gaping loops left open, writers like you are needed for us the fans to give a sense of closure on many fronts. Thanks again for the beautiful piece.
