I have not read all the responses ... But Bindi in Indian culture is a symbol for many things ... A blessing ... An anointment ...but the most romantic ... A claiming ... You are mine ... I personally believe that when he said Kuch baat karni hai ... He was not going to say I love you ... That he believes he has already said ... He was going to ask her to marry him ... And by placing the bindi on her forehead ... He does exactly that ... It is his proposal ... Marry me ... Not a question ... Like you said ...

Love how things are so so romantic in IPK ... A man who did not want to marry is saying it in the most romantic way possible ...
