Well start todays discussion with the above most famous dialogs of IPK ... "DHADHANE EK HO jAATI HAI ...

It was on a lazy afternoon ... under the guize of intoxication ... beside the pale blue waters of a still pool ... that emotions ..true emotions tumbled out of Arnav ... when he could no longer bottle what he felt ... he told her that day ... THAT WHAT U FEEL IS WHAT I FEEL ... he HELD HER HAND ... BROUGHT IT SOLEMNLY to his heart ... & PLEDGED ... WE R IN THIS TOGETHER ...

Well ofcourse they were in this together ... now only if u saw episode 57 ... u would've known then on that colourful HOLI day ... that their hearts were beating in tandem ... cause the moment she walked in to Shantivan ... his heart beat that crazy tattoo ... his heart heralded her presence long before his eyes saw the vision...

But just a few days back .. she had told him SHE WAS GOING AWAY ... leaving for LUCKNOW .. never to be seen by him ... so he dismisses the feeling ... or does he ??

Ok lets rewind a couple of episodes back ... i think its episode 48 ... i call that the first true glimpse of Arnav ...

His first introspection ... That moment was until a few days ago .. when he had caressed the pearls ... still laden with sexual intrigue ... Now he sees it stripped of the romance ... the ugliness of the moment ... His violence ... his force ...his carnal desire ...

he is in his room when his jijaji makes a comment .. a comment which tumbles him right into thots of KHUSHI ... his jijaji says ... think before u speak & do .. cause its impossible to UNDO a wrong ... & thats all it takes for Arnav to run back to Sheesh mahal on the fashion show night ... him with Khushi in a close clinch ... him pulling & scattering the pearl strings of her bodice ...

Ofcourse the pearl strings could be made to join ... but the INSULT ... there was NO WAY TO UNDO that ... but by a simple heart felt apology ... ( will come back to this apology ... pls keep this in mind)

Ruby ... Brilliant ... Love that his unsaid apology much much later is strung in pearls ... Completely agree with you about the supposed lack of the redemption track ... He stays true to his character ... his apologies... His remorse is are how one would expect a man of few words to deliver ... I love that you brought up the Payal apology ... One of my favorite scenes ... A teasing playful scene turns on it head on a dime ... And he does a pown pakkar kar maffi ... Not his intent ... but phir bhi ...How adorably cute ... And powerful ... Like he has been waiting for the right moment to say it ... And there it was ...

(Ok now guys pls bear with me todays write up will take quite a circuitous route ..😉)

Now lets go the most important 2 parts of the episode ...

The tumble out of the CLOSET ...

Yes the SKELETON or KHUSHI was out of the CLOSET ...

Throught out the day her thots were flirting in his mind & heart ... his mind & heart at war .. a mind which said she was away to Lucknow .. & a heart which beat a different tattoo ... finally he goes to his room ... even while speaking about his WORK .. he can feel her presence ... his heart refused to stop the naughty rhythm ... when a noise alerted him & he goes back to open his closet ... & THERE SHE WAS ... RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM ... HE IS SHOCKED INTO IMMOBILITY ..... a part of him rejoicing that she was finally in front of him ... & his mind screaming its disbelief ...

Now lets digress here a bit ... lets look at the CLOSET ... & its significance ... Well the saying out of the closet was probably one of the major underlying themes of IPK romance ...how u ask ...

Note all the times Anji is pushing Arnav to ask about his feelings on Khushi .. the scene is shot with Arnav with his back to ANJI ... hiding away in the CLOSET .. not answering her truly ... still confused .. ok ... rememeber the scene ... Anji tells him ... "PYAAR TOH TUMHE HAI " ... a shocked Arnav looks at Anji ... thats the first time the random beat of his heart got a answer ... when Anji mumbles back .. : HUM SAB JAANTE HAI KE TUM LAVANYA SE PYAAR KaRTE HO" ... Do u remmeber this scene .. this was also shot at the CLOSET ...

Ruby ... Brilliant of you to pick up on this ... Really a wonderful metaphor for his locked heart ... Even from Khushi's perspective ... She too takes to hiding in his closet to find peace ... And now he finds her there ... How lovely ...

Now lets get back here .. this scene when Khushi tumbles out of the closet ... she is the manifestation of all his thots .. & she is right there in front of him .. .if u pasue here u can see Arnav's expressions .. its clear .. he has the answer ... his heart beats a different rhythym when she is near him ... & hence this was the basis of the FAMOUS HOLI DIALOG ... "Jab tum mere paas hoti ho toh humari dhadkane ek hoti hai" aint it absolutely fabulous when u link the 2 scenes ...

Now lets take this closet thing further ... ofc all of us can link this tumble with the tumble Arnav does to recreate the magic for KHUSHI ... but lets look at this closet connect ... do u remember the Janamashtami almost SUHAAG RAAT ... when Arnav brings that hot red dress for KHUSHI .. for their suhaag raat ... SHE COMES OUT DRESSED IN RED ... & HIDES BEHIND THE CLOSET ... Arnav pulls her out from there ... & what followed we all know ... he screamed out ... I LOVE YOU DAMMIT to her ... so lets look at the closet connect ...

The significance of pulling a shy KHUSHI hiding behind the closet that night .. was simply .. ArNAV telling her ... DONT HIDE ... THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE ... ENUF of HIDING .... tonite was the night that they would be one ... RIGHT ... & hence once they were on the terrace & KHUSHI SHOUTS ... aapko kya farak padta hai .. he screams back at her saying ... " farak padta hai because i LOVE YOU DAMMIT" ..... that was ARNAV COMING OUT OF THE CLOSET ... HE REFUSED TO HIDE THAT DAY ... & the basis of that I LOVE YOU DAMMIT ... was laid out in episode 57 ... when KHUSHI tumbled out of the closet ... right in his arms ...

Love all this ...

The tumble of episode 57 was iconic to their love affair ... hence it was recreated by Arnav ... its that day that Arnav acknowledged in his heart that .. her presence was felt by him ... now shud i tell u the significance of the other tea throwing incident that Arnav recreated ... nah chalo lets leave that for another time ... ( if u guys want to know that .. lemme know will write about it in another DC) ...

Now for the other most significant part of this episode ... the pool side skirmish ... so she is out in the pool side looking for a pack of tissues ... his eyes have been following her since he came down to the hall ... & he seizes the opportunity to catch her alone ... & goes to the pool side to ask her .. what she was doing here ...when she had told him she was leaving DELHI

Now if u guys watch this whole scene very closely .. u can draw parallels to the diwali episode ... even that day his eyes kept following her in the hall ... when he saw her disappear to the pool side & he seized the opportunity to go to her ...

Ok back to epi 57 ... they get into an argument ... ( well thats their love talk pls to remember) ... when he is about to insult her once more ... BUT HE STOPS ... he does not say it OUT ... thats a first for Arnav ... & why does he not say it aloud then ... cause his remorse for what he did to her was paramount in his thots that day .. he was struggling with his guilt .. his feelings were a jumbled mess ... but the one thing he had to had to do was ... HOLD HER CLoSE TO HIM ...

When they r rudely disturbed by La ... KHUSHI immediately steps back ... now if u pasue here ... note Arnav .. his hands are suspended as if he is still holding on to her ... cause deep down .. he never wanted to let her GO ... but she manages to free her hand ... & goes away from him ... BUT SHE LEAVES BEHIND HER PAYAL ...

Now lets connect the diwali episode to this ... have already told u the making of the episodes were similar ... but look at the loop ... a payal lost that day ...was returned on the diwali episode ... the moment u look at the 2 episodes in tandem .. the beauty of the script & making of IPK hits u right ... truly a standing ovation moment ...

Ok now in the beginning of my write up .. i mentioned that in episode 48 Arnav gets an FB of the broken pearl strings ... & in episode 57 he gets the payal ... Arnav by now had realised he had wronged KHUSHI that night in Sheesh Mahal ... while during Payash marriage track .. he apologises to Payal for that night ... he never apologised to KHUSHI ... so lets look at another episode .. Arnav is trying his best to woo Khushi back to Shantivan .. they r in Gupta house & he makes her .. Khushi his entertainment of the day ... when while dancing she stumbles & injures her ankle ... & Arnav applies balm to the same ... The first thing he tells KHUSHI IS ... SORRY ... when he looks at her payal ... now if u look at that shot ... the sorry has so many meanings ... the first was that she stumbled while dancing for him ... the second more deeper one was a SORRY FOR SHEESH MAHAL ...

if u guys read the first edition of DC ... i always mentioned there ... REDEMPTION TRACK WAS NOT NECESSARY cause Arnav apologised & made good on all WRONGS HE DID TO KHUSHI ... So Arnav gifted Khushi a pearl necklace ( remember rakhi) & he also apologised for the INSULT ... thats the significance of episode 48 & Arnav's FB ...

phew bahut kuch likh diya today ... there is so much more in this episode .. i can go on & on ... but am sure Poona & Arshi will do a far better job ... so guys stay on here ... & ENJOY POONA, ARSHI< HRIJU ... & all are writers ...

Her anguish ... her vulnerability making her look heart breakingly beautiful. She senses his presence but still mumbles a prayer to Devi Maiya ... Seeking courage ... Raksha karna ... Hoping he will not be home ...

This feeling ... an acute awareness ... an intagible cetritude ... it comes to him in waves ... advancing and receding ...

Always

Two men, arms aloft carrying curtains on a rod ... walk the girls in ... veiled from all ... as if carrying them in on a palanquin ... The Doli has come ... The brides are home ... They pass each other, mere feet away ... obscured by the gauzy curtains ... He pauses again ... She is here ... but doesn't see her and is distracted by someone seeking direction ... His stern voice warns some poor sod of his imminent dismissal ... He doesn't like galatiya or galti karnay valay log ... The poor fellow hadn't even done anything yet !!!😆

Aur humari Khushi say galtian toh bahut hoti hai ... Her very presence here is a galati or so she depressingly believes ... Mortified at thoughts of a similar dressing down, Khushi's belled feet take wings and she scurries to the kitchen ... That sound ... Her Payal ... She is here ... Snap out of it ... Raizada ... I mean it wasn't even right at some nebulous feelings kinda crap ... but now are you saying you are hearing things too ???

Jahan Khushi ho gi wahan dhamake tou hongey...

Khushi is wandering the halls looking for, lately the bane of her life, the store room ... She stands, a lost, unwilling, unwitting scarlet temptress ... Framed by two people, splitting their perfect, monochromed, purposefully matched life. A guileless, faultless inoccent at the edge of a maze ... not aware of the dark sinful web she is being led into ...

Indeed a web of deceits and a web of longing which is bringing her all the time in this circle of chakarvyue

She is lost in this huge bhool bhuliya ... Wandering cluelessly in and out of rooms ... in and out of lives ... The innocent Dhulan or the Scarlet temptress ... Completely ignorant of all, but him ... And he seems to be following her ... Always a few steps behind, strangely navigating her ... propelling her ... Into harms way and then right there to pull her out ...

He is feeling this magnetized pull of her as always...

Another poor fellow getting his head chewed up over the phone ... Does this man ever let up ???

She dives behind the nearest curtains ... Unknowingly crossing a forbidden threshold .👏.. Hiding herself in plain sight ... thinly veiled behind hazy curtains. Unintentionally ... obliviously propelled into a compromising position ... Prelude to a story unfolding ...

His purposeful brisk stride breaks an arms length away ... Like a heat seeking missile ... He senses her presence ... Once again, no ambiguity, no vagueness ... She is here ... She leans forward to peek at him ... His eyes begin to glance sideway ...👏

Seems like this game of hide and seek will not be over this soon ... It will take them months and months of missed steps ... misunderstandings ... careless lapses to find each other ... but always never too far away ... Hidden behind thin veils ... fake facades ... thinly erected barriers ... Searching, Finding ... Supressing, Surrendering ... Moving, dancing ... around each other ... always bound by the unsaid promise ... by their ajeeb divine bond ... Unable to let go ...

They are in this together no matter what...always in the same frame whether in hate or love doesn't matter...
His phone call interrupts the signal and the magic spell is dimmed ... but only for the moment ... The chase is on ... only seconds later ... Khushi finally ends up where she was always meant to be ... In his room. She frantically looks around for a place to hide ... nerveously mumbling Hum Dilli vapis iss kay liya thodi aay thay ... Khushi ... Tum sirf issi kay liya vapis aai ho 😆... Looking around she ducks behind the Chaise ... Not the best spot ... The closet ...

He stides in ... without preamble ... phone to ear ... heads to his closet and reaches in, searching inattentively for his coat ... Khushi tries to scrunch away from his probing hand ...mortified ... finally handing him the coat ...

Still conversing on the phone ... Coat in hand ... he shuts the closet door ...

????

What was that ??? Did someone hand him his coat ??? She is here ??? In the closet ??? Are you out your mind Raizada !!! He rolls his eyes ... He has officially lost it ... and walks to the door ... A small shriek ...

This is crazy !!! A determined stride back to the closet ... Put an end to this complete nonsense ... She can't be here ... She can't be ... She can't be ... She can't be ...

She is here !!! In his room ... In his closet ... What The * !!!👏

She covers her face instantaneously with slim fingers, her lips moving in a soundless chant ... Devi Maiya ... Devi Maiya ... Devi Maiya ... Her tiny pearl bindi shining on her forehead ... She slowly reveals one wide, apprehensive, kajal rimmed eye ... and then the other ... Looking around ... equally shocked to discover that she is in a closet lined with his clothes ...

He grabs her by her upper arm as she climbs out ... His lost treasure ... found in the most unlikely place ... He will not let her go ... His breath is completely suspended ... His unbelieving eyes do not blink ... least she vanishes ... Words dissolve in his open mouth ... She is real ... She is here ... in his house ... in his room ... in his closet ... in his heart ... back in his life ... He cannot take his eyes off of her ... He will not trust his memory ever again ... She is more beautiful than he remembered ...

MAHA EPISODE 57

The day when he could't take his eyes off from the red beauty today those eyes are yearning for one look of her besides he has thrown her Name out with her behind that locked door with teary eyes "Hamesha keh liye" because she is the cause of awakening unknown desires which are not permitted by anyone but he still lowers his phone and stops for one and the only one KKG,so much throwing out her name'.

Other side Her eyes are wandering eyes as "do not" wish to see her LaadGovernor besides those pairs are aware of his presence . concerns ,softness , and entanglement towards her but she wants to keep her away from those gazing pairs "Hamesha keh liye" because those are the cause of rising uproar and fear of unknown desires in her too but still her eyes are searching for one and the only one ASR who is the cause of every"Chot" in her life.

Both have a strong magnetic pull today regardless of what and the craving to see each other is goading the stimulants in their brain with agony and eagerness.Their wishing stars are bringing them together and DM is listening her children' innermost desires to do the same.

They both are here after a long progression of feel ,touch , hear and sense since day one ,where they are aware of what lies beneath their denial but still not ready to embrace it as "Farak parta hai" .Wounds are deep and pain is unbearable for both of them but still far from acquiring the strength discarding the egoistic etiquettes.

Today there is a veil in between them just like "iss ehassas ki koi jhaga nahin" but this feeling is acting like vortex which is pulling them with tremendous uncontrollable force .

Pause here:Poor Khushi along with Payal reached her place, her home, her kitchen where she is going to do her first Rasam ,ritual as a Bahu .She will make Jalaibis.Just magnificent.Sanaya is looking gorgeous in these scenes.👏👏👏

While finding store room,Khushi,"Who Rakshua aas paas nahin hai"{He is not around]Suddenly she heard him and hide herself in Anjali's room.This "ehssas" feeling of sensing each others presence is pulling Arnav more than her.Raba Ve...He looks Yummilicious! over here though.AS our biggest villain of IPK Phone rang and diverted Arnav's attention for a while and Khushi got escaped for a nano second.

Pause here:Again Off white curtain means Shyam will be disgraced by Khushi and her family.

As Dm is determined to bring them together.Khushi heard her Laad Governor again.Poor HP ...Arnav's scold made her turn again to hide herself and walah ..she found her room to hide.Finally Bride is in her place and we only need a groom.Thnx DM [Khushi's monologues with DM are superb]Yes Dear you came back Delhi just for him and that's exactly is DM's plan .She hides herself in the closet while groom comes in and at the top she hands him the shirt."Jahan Khushi ho whahan dhamake tou honge" [ there is always a trouble where Khushi is }

.He stops again on the phone as he just inhaled her essence .While He is baffling about his own senses and shaking off his delusional thoughts as these days SHE IS EVERY WHERE and turns around to leave , he heard noise in the closet.He opened the door of the closet and found his KHUSHI who he was looking for behind closed doors .Just loved his astonishing and unbelievable look and "What The".

He holds her arms to save her from falling down while she is climbing down or he just want to touch her to make sure he is not dreaming.Awww.His concerns for her safety are always there.Raba Ve...His aspiring eyes with a hint of disbelief just gaze her constantly which makes her uncomfortable and she lowers her gazes removing his hand .His expressions changes with her touch as she is real.She runs away while he tries to get hold on to her Dupatta as Dupatta is waving his happiness as it is near Arnav.Arnav calls her name "Khushi" twice ,well this name is coming back to him like a boomerang whenever he throws it out.

Pause here:This is the first cherish moment he will celebrate with her hiding himself in the closet.which shows how precious this moment is for him.

Khushi ran to kitchen where Naniji and Anjali couldn't resist over the aroma of Lukhnow's sweets.Akash was hankering over Payal and completely forgot his father's advice but Mamiji is there to take care that business of LOVE."Why do fear when Mamiji is there"

He starts roaming with bafflement with fb."Khushi yahan kia kar rahi hai".[What is she doing here?]While He was searching for the answers, La comes in and he gives her a confused irritated look.Anjali comes in and he asks her"kissi ko pata ho na ho aap ko zaroor pata ho ga keh Khushi yahan kya kar rahi hai"[ Di you definitely know why Khushi is here] Anjali tells him you are the one who gave order for the Lukhnow sweets and Khushi got this order.He answers furiously,"If I were knew I wouldn't do that"...Anjali makes him calm down and tells him to come down as all the guests have arrived.

Shyam."Kissi eik keh thore hi na ho sakte hain hum"[ I can't be with one person] Arggg..😡.You telling her or teasing her creep.Anjali he is right about one thing "he is lucky to have you".

Pause here:Khushi indeed is in the middle without knowing it and how Khushi and Anjali missed each other . Anjali and Shyam's pic in the background and Khushi's dull face means she will remain unaware of the truth for a while.Khushi missed Shyam too but he sensed something.

Again when Anjali tells Shyam about Khushi and sweets he already left the

room.

The faultless scarlet woman ... Her arms akimbo implies a defiance ... Eventhough she will be unwitting cast in this sordid tale she will fight back ...

Love ALL these shots .Love how the writers and cameramen did the tricks for viewers to create intensity.

Everybody gathered in the hall for the celebration and Yummilicious!😳 Arnav announced the party by wishing his two most beloved and important ppl of his life his Di and Jija.I must say every shot of this party is awesome.👏

The party is on ,the pain is on, the gain is on , and the fame is on but Khushi's khushi is off.. as her inquisitive eyes were sneaking for Anjali's hubby Shyam but ..."Jise nahin dekhna tha wohi bar bar dikh raha hai." [The only one is visible who I don't want to see] But his eyes are not off as he is flabbergasted at her already after all he found the the most oddest place ever beyond his imagination his closet,in his room.😳Its hard to survive from his burning gaze with million questions like daggers to put right through you..Isn't it Khushi.???

He followed her and caught her right by the poolside their sacred place and nailed his first dagger which was bleeding his heart off since the day she soaked at him"Tum nai tou kaha tha keh tum Lukhnow chali jaogi wapis nahin aogi"[you said,"you will leave for Lukhnow forever'].Today he is not going to tolerate her callowness towards him.No way !.He grabbed her and pulled her right next to his hard core while throwing glaring daggers at her.Their words are daggers but their gazes are grappling these enthralling and spellbound moments for their survival ..."Sansain Ruk jayengi" [can't breath]

You are not my equal ... I have the toughest time with ASR's dialogues about aukat ... Paisa ... Don't fit his character at All ... I especially hated it after the hospital bill episode ... Anyway will discuss when we get there ...

[for money ppl like you ...]He couldn't finish his sentence and pain is visible as he knows by heart she is not like that but its painful for him that she is back just for the sake of money and not for...[zingagi mein aur bhi ghum hain mohabbat keh siwah MR Raizada] He does not want to lose this challenge as she is getting under his skin. La's surprise gifts left everybody astounded. Nani was infuriated again with the filthy song number"Character Dheela hai" and at the top La's participation in it.Song perfectly fits on Shyam though.

Khushi was lighting the candles as the cake cutting ceremony was about to begin.Luck is on Shyam's side as he watched Khushi lightening the candles and remember her first Mithai order.Time to run !!!Hey DM...

Khushi had already entered in his heart, although he keeps denying or doesn't want to believe that he himself has fallen for this girl similar way as his Di has been talking about love and soul mates. I do not remember which episode, but when Lavanya asks ASR that who else is important in your life other than his DI. Note: while answering this question he has his back towards Lavanya, he closes his eyes for few seconds and sees Khushi, and answers her no one. Look at La's expression, she is disheartened and sad, as she was expecting her name, because when he brought her home La had asked him, " do you love me" and he said that is why I am taking you home. Also I think this was first indication to La that ASR did not love her, which she admits during their breakup that she was already getting indications but she did not pay much notice, as she was building her own house of dreams.
