episode 105 already??? wow!...guess these are the ones with ASR in new haircut? I loved him best in these ones...especially the diwali and bandage engagement one ❤️
wonder why ASR never got this haircut later after kidnapping...!

i think it was because of his character in the movie MAMR or he was just too exhausted. He must have been too exhausted because he didn't shave or wash his hair too after that time. I did not like hsi look too much back then you could tell he was sick.

reading posts above. well, you can't have a great story i was taught back in lit class, without a great central conflict. true of any story if one checks out. i agree with all, without shyam you don't have the story of asr khushi with this sort of power. and without buaji's delusion and push for marriage to shyam you don't have the emotional content of the story progressing. because khushi had to consider marriage to shyam, she came face to face with her feelings for asr. why not shyam? because that arnav singh raizada. everything is his fault. 😆. if this pressure wasn't upon her, a girl like khushi with her ideas of love would continue thinking she hates this arrogant devil.

without terrace and again shyam, how do you have asr's little slow tender flirty getting there to faraq kyun padta hai, to a catapult to mine, she's mine, no one else can lay a hand on her. good bad, harlot, angel, she is mine, and i will keep her tied to me. although i will keep my defence tightly pulled around me and say even to myself it's only for di. my heart is broken, but she is still the one i want. that level of love, would we have seen if all went sweet and well?

this was the reason to keep us intact with this amazing creation and even in rainy days there was always a hope may be we will get there. His possessiveness over her just like right now she said "Shadi" -----"humari" and his breathing stops and million dollar look says what the heck you just said ?Its only his denial and guards of his shell who never let him but the moment "i will tell Khushi why it matters after Di's accident and then that moment freezes that face ,with uncertain and uncounted questions. He di not say a word to her with the fear that he might lose her.just amazing.

my regret really is that shyam was also destroyed along the way. becoming a buffoon. losing that lethal element. stripped of his real story and used as and when wherever whenever.
yes as we discussed this before it does not click in my head that was the only story of Shyam. No way
babuji's illness actually brought everything to a head. maybe in life people don't return from such a stroke 100 per cent. but surely some way could have been found to link shyam to his state. that was just such lack of respect for story and viewer.
Agreed there were too many loop holes and this was one of em.
in the old days, there was reason for everything and the tale was tightly sewn, after forced marriage, a clear loss of direction, then interest. then something worse.
after that or before that with loops and without loops we still watched it right and that is something because even in bad days IPK was the best

khushi asking for diwali with patakas for aarav, what could be more of a slap on khushi's character and viewer's face. hate to accuse anyone, but the more i see the more it gets clear, not only did ph lose interest, it was out to sabotage, maim, kill, finish off ipk. not just on screen but in all our hearts.

now that is the kind of antagonist a true story needs. they behaved like the shyam of initial days, double speak all the time. such sweetness on the outside, malevolence and exploding anger within.

and look at us, all asr's and khushi's we are, despite the most lethal terrace scenes including the lovely coffee interviews and the plans to kill asr, sudden appearance of prior girl friend, playing with his character (drummer, basket ball her?!!!), her character, that awful mrs india track, we are still here.
Indi u won't see any analysis from me for that part because never watched only Cynthia told me what happened on the phone.Hated it 😡

try as you might, you can't mu us. 😆🤣like it

baat sach ya jhoot ki nahin hai, baat hai vishwaas ki.

and in season 2, ???????????hard to believe
we'll make sure we get to hear shyam's tale. asr and khushi are back to being themselves and not behaving like victims of alien abduction of souls, 🤣and payal and akash get fair treatment and a story, hp finds a hot babe who keeps him away from asr's room, op gets a playmate: anjali's child, no shyam did not manage to kill the baby, by some hocus pocus of serial land, she survived, lakshmi is back and wacky... and shyam too is rotting somewhere not giving up. i need conflict again, i need the two telling me about love and its everything again.

Good one Indi like your POV yes there is no story if these characters were not there but some characters shouldn' t be there like SHEETAL

alien abduction of souls --totally agreed she does not like crackers on this Diwali and next one she wants to buy for Aarav. He is quiet one and later a drummer.Seriously

Episode 105
Parody on the song 'Idhar chala' from the movie 'Koi Mil gaya'
Jadoo
Idhar dikhein, woh udhar dikhein
Jahaan mudein, woh wahaan dikhein
Mr. Raizadaaa...
Ye kya jadoo kiya...?
Bhaagke auto mein baith gaye
Woh autowala bankey dikhgaye
Wapas lautke aaye toh woh
Watchman bangaye...
Ghar ke andar chale gaye
Woh gathri wale dhobi nikle
Ghabraye, boukhla gaye,
Unhi se takragaye...
Hum takragaye...
Unsey takragaye...
Idhar ghoomey, hum udhar ghoomey
Humpe woh phool barsaaney lagey
Mr. Raizadaaa...
Kya jadoo tonaa kiya...?
Translation:
Here he can be seen, there he can be seen
Wherever I turn, there he is seen
Mr. Raizadaaa...
What magic did you do...?
I ran and sat in the auto
He was seen as the automan
When I returned then he
became a watchman...
I went inside the house
He turned out to be a washerman with a bundle
I was flummoxed, was baffled
I dashed into him...
I dashed...
Into him I dashed...
Here I turned around, there I turned around
He started showering flowers on me
Mr. Raizadaaa...
Did you do black magic...?

Fabulous Durga. Suited Khushi so well.

I see you are getting all ready for the jadoo!!!

I concur with ur POV 100% that all deserve equaattention. One of mu most fav character is Payal! Looking forward to a day when we can talk about her!!

Agree Babuji's torture in these epis too painful to watch. We will make every one equally if not more central to the story if and when season2 happens!! Dream on...
..

❤️love you people with a big DREAM of season 2 but with who ????I just read Indi"Baat Vishwaas ki hai" but being so practical in life sometimes .somethings don't click with me but I am always there if there is season 2 and 3 as 3 is the # of success and hope it will happen so be it.Yes Payal and Anjali two sisters and siblings a lot to talk as you said yes. Both are similar in many many ways.

hp finds a hot babe who keeps him away from asr's room 🤣

Indi You are such a sweetheart! Agree with everything you have said above. I always felt the kind of "send off" shyam was given was not of the stature IPK's main villain deserves..it was so hurried up and i'm sorry i found it overly dramatic and idiotic..I did not actually understand why he blurted out the entire thing. We could discuss it in detail once we reach that point ...
I could be wrong here...but i am not sure this forced marriage thing and subsequent story (atleast the way it was told) was a part of the original story? this could have been effect of SP'isation'??
While the sheetal track was badly planned and executed (hurried too), i would have been Ok with the track if the purpose had been to show a jealous possessive Khushi (oh that would have been soo interesting..khushi behaving like any normal woman would!)...Khushi was anything but..😒
I think at a point even the leads din't care. if we can remember Khushi's take on firecrackers...I cannot believe Sanaya did not? Did she not point this out? Well this is something we will never know!
You know at the expense of exposing myself to all the chappals and tamatars...i have felt several times that the level at which we analyze IPK and think about it in almost a 'delicate' way...I do not think leads or any other actors in it ever thought that way. Even though i liked all the offscreen masti, they never answered anything related to IPK or their characters with the kind of depth/sensitivity that we speak of it...and yet somehow the leads got it..may be subconsciously or was it just a chance? I do not know but whenever i think of it as just a chance thing...which may not have been intentional, a little part of me feels a little disappointed. May be..the show was just an ordinary show for actors / makers and not as big as it became for the viewers...just my thoughts!

Oh well...despite all this we are still discussing this soap...and this shows there were ssomething that touched us so deeply within!
Cheers to that!

hi ina,

discussed elsewhere too, forced marriage was definitely forced on the story, especially at that point. sp possibly insissted tha a marriage be shown as much attraction had been shown for almost 9 months... and 🤣 this level of hot chemistry hadn't happened in any serial of the channel so i bet they were just in shivers and hawws over it. what will our primary target say... get em married quick, little realising that everyone was actually quite happy with things. even the so called kitchen audience. women are not fools just because they watch serials. will channels ever realise this?

so yes, everything marriage onward is different. and the complete lack of direction after the marriage clearly shows that, no matter what ph says now.

i sincerely thought sheetal was brought in to show a jealous khushi, the chudial effect, and finally at last oh yes please, we will see khushi as a woman, desiring her man. and now taht they are married and again married, surely channel's self imposed modesty code wouldn't be offended. but no, we got what we got.

about the actors. i have a feeling they went into things sincerely, but without any idea where it would all go. and definitely both were a bit embarrassed by the chemistry that became all too apparent in no time. if they had to keep themselves sane, they had to keep laughing and joking through it all (sanaya has said as much). but when they gave the shot, everyone went deep into character, consciously. my feeling. i saw barun make fun of the nainital fever thing, like a typical man who finds all this "romantic" stuff a bit arre yaar what nonsense. men. you know.

but later i remember once him saying, banda sahi hai, in a rather sincere way about asr when he was being given the gobar drill and things.

at end of show, a couple of lovely interviews about ipk. in one he says how he was the last person who could not, not like asr. he had to like him. and even when asr did things that were tough to like, he had to make him likable. he also said when he sees all that has been done, there's some pretty good work there.

it was not by chance, i think ina. even sanaya when speaking of khushi has said how nissar had told her everyone must now only think of khushi when they saw her, not her earlier role. the actors worked pretty consciously and with much effort to make these characters. only thing is they chose to keep the communication light. plus, artists are often not super communicators about their work, it is hard. so inside you, so much your part, plus these guys were constantly immersed in that set up, they needed to chill when off camera.

so yes they were out to create their character and tell the story to the best of their ability, but even they couldn't have known how much more than the sum of the parts the moments would become. that i do agree. some day they will be real proud of this work.

maybe we don't always interpret expressions exactly how it was meant by the actor, but when the story builds those interpretations fit, so i guess i'll just be happy with that. i don't believe any of the great writers knew there work would evoke quite so many interpretations, essays, critical appreciations and stuff. but that's the thing about a piece of communication when it is created with a certain depth, the receiver's engagement with it is at another level, and in that lies the next level of creation of that very piece.

did shakespeare know, shylock would be quoted four hundred years later and his character be presented in so many ways? he didn't, i bet. and mozart, remember how salieri in amadeus wept about the crassness of this genius? but i think salieri was wrong, mozart somewhere loved and felt music more than the learned salieri did, that made all the diff.
