Our meeting with BARUN SOBTI:
The meeting took place at Tolly club. Me and Nam was there by 4 (this is the first time I've ever been before time :D )
We were to go to his room one by one and meet him. Can u imagine our states?? A one-on-one meet!!
Me and Nam were second in line. As soon as the first two girls came down we went up. 3rd floor room 318.
It was a tottally informal thing.
We entered and OMGGG..
BARUNN WAS THERE SITTING ON THE BED. WEARING A BLACK SHIRT ( WITH TOP TWO BUTTONS OPEN ;) :P ) UNTUCKED AND BLUE JEANS. SCRUFY HAIR, STUBBLE AND OMGG SOOO HOTTT!!!!!!!
I swear he looks muchhh better , cuter, handsomer and taller in real life.
He was watching the India-Australia match :D
He stood up as we entered. Said "Hello" in the cutest Barun-ish way. We moved forward to shake hands and.. I dropped the file and everything in my hands :P :P BARUN EFFECT kya karein!?
He, cute guy, bent to pick up. Then I gave him the gift we had prepared for him ' a photobook. The he sat on the bed. And I sat on THE SAME BED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 feet away from me..!!!!!!!!
He looked at the photobook.
I said "Its from the both of us" He said "Nilanjana and Namrata, right" He saw the cover carefully that means He saw the Teri-meri edit and said .."Oh You liked the dance sequence"
I said "yes, it's the favourite thing of the show.." He said "Oh, yeah?"
I asked him "Please tell us your favourite offscreen and onscreen moments"
He said" Onscreen? " I said "yes, in the show"
He said" Well, I enjoyed all of the scenes, It was a refreshing show for Indian television,but I really liked the scene where Arnav breaks down. Where he first comes to know that his brother in law is having an affair with Khushi. And offscreen toh not only me , we all had a ball"
I asked him to sing Balwant Kaur. He said "no, no, no.."
I said "please one line" he said "I'm bored out of my words singing the song" so I didn't press him anymore.
I asked "how was ur experience working in the movie"
He answered "It was good, when I was shooting for the movie, I was shooting for the movie and the show at the same time, it was reaaallly exhausting, but it was good so.." and he gave this cuute smile..
Mitali Ghosal entered and he said "heelooo" in such a cute way..
I then asked for autograph. I told him write my name please. He said "sure'"
He signed. Then I asked to sign the other.. he said "For Namrata .." and he said 'Namrata' in such a cute way I can't tell you..Lucky Nam!!
I then asked for his autograph on the 3rd pic..of him wth all of your names on it.. I told ur names..Wafa..Suhana..and I said about the page and that Wafa is responsible for the page being alive. I said that we still are watching it. He said "Oh, on the net?"
And he asked "oh so you have chosen all your favourite pics?" I said "this one is your favourite (the one with my name on it..Dream teri meri pic) he said "oh, yeah..how do u know?" I said " u said in an interview"
While he was signing Nam was taking the vid he said" you don't have to take a snap of my bad handwriting" LOL
Then we asked for pics he said "sureee" and we took pics. :D :D not many.
Nam asked for a hug..he said "sure.."
And then I said "me too." He said "sure.." again :D
And WE HUGGED HIMM !!!!!!!
AAAHHH.. I didn't want to leave him..he was holding me OMGGG
Then his phone rang.."caller photo of a kid and caller id "Papa Namaste" he said "oo papaji ka phone aa gaya " grr..
So I said okay byee' and we shook hands again and left. I suddenly realized I had left my purse :P :P
I went back and said "I've left my purse.." Barun looked around and then said "this,,?" and pointed. So I picked it and left while looking at him..
So..yeah that's it..
I might not take off the top I'm wearing :P :P ever..
