IPKKND is famous for the chemistry between Arnav and Khushi. Their eyelocks, almost kisses, serious and cute fights, and their overall expressions. For a show with almost 500 episodes, there is almost never a dull moment between these two. However, there are some scenes that stick out more than others and these tend to overshadow other scenes that are equally beautiful and poignant.
Generally, these scenes occur before or after something much more dramatic, so they don't have the same significance. For example, I think the scene where Arnav blows the dirt out of Khushi's eyes, before Diwali, is one of the most sensuous moments between them. But, it's not remembered as vividly because of what follows the next day.
So, this is a list of scenes, which I think are not discussed or remembered nearly enough, but they form an important crux of Arnav and Khushi's relationship.
This is a very subjective list. Everyone has certain scenes they love over others, so different people watch different scenes multiple times. Chances are something I believe is overlooked might be your favorite scene, so you don't think it belongs here. Feel free to share if you think so!

5. Arnav's Second Apology

This is what I was expecting from Arnav after he found out the the truth about Khushi. An acceptance that she was a a gem of a person, that there was no one else like her in this world, and how lucky he is to have her. Because it's true. He needed to show her that she deserved all the respect and love in the world. And the gesture of lowering his head in front of her did exactly that.
I agree it was filmy, and out of character for Arnav, but after everything he put her through- she deserved it! This scene also shows that change in dynamics after their official marriage- Arnav no longer let his arrogance come in the way of their relationship. He was willing to admit that she was a much better person than him. For that reason alone, this scene deserves recognition.
Unfortunately, it was marred by body doubles, poor make-up, and editing. That's probably why people don't watch or discuss it much. I wish they had done it at a better time for both actors because it is such an important scene. Even though it was heartfelt, I thought Arnav's first apology for everything he did to her wasn't sufficient. A simple sorry should not suffice- no matter how generous Khushi is. This is what I was expecting, and due to technical difficulties, even that was ruined.
Another scene contemplated for this position: Arnav takes Khushi to his secret garden for the first time and tells her she is now officially his wife.
4. Post- Khushi's Resignation

This scene is filled with symbolism. Overall, it's nothing spectacular- Arnav and Khushi were thinking about each other for minutes on end, as they were prone to do at that point of the series. But, what makes this scene special are the key and the pearl.
These two are still getting acquainted, they hate each others' guts, but they still possess an item of the other that they obtained DURING THEIR FIRST TWO MEETINGS. What made them keep an item that belongs to a complete stranger? She had just yelled at him in front of his entire family, and he had tormented her, and almost left her to die for the past week. So why are they unable to part with these items even after terminating all communication?
They were already tied to each other. The restlessness and the uneasiness they feel at the idea of not meeting again when they stare at these items sets this scene apart.
I guess it was still too early on in the series, and the minutes long rabba-ve could get a bit boring.
Another scene contemplated for this position: When Arnav unintentionally throws Lavanya's dupatta on Khushi's head.
3. Arnav's Guilt After Listening To Khushi's Convo With Her Mom.

What a gut-wrenching scene. The way Khushi fabricates a story to reassure her mother that she has a happy married life, juxtaposed against the realities of her marriage is enough to leave anyone uncomfortable. So imagine how Arnav must have felt.
This scene belongs to Sanaya, hands down. What great acting. The way she transforms from the way she actually feels, to the jovial Khushi is phenomenal ('Hum khush nahi hai amma...hum bohot khush hai'). Khushi was the victim in all the drama, she was the sacrificial lamb for Anjali's happiness. She was kept in the dark about everything, and suffered the consequences with a fake smile despite the agony of it all.
So, to hear her talk to her mom as if all her childhood wishes about what she wanted from a marriage were being fulfilled is absolutely heart-breaking.
Regardless of whatever happened earlier that day, Arnav wasn't able to sleep after overhearing Khushi's conversation with her friends and her mom-- the way she pretended for the sake of her loved ones. You can see he was beginning to question himself about whether such a girl is capable of hurting anyone to the degree he thinks. And the love came pouring out again as he held her hand while sleeping, and turned off the AC.
By this point, the audiences were frustrated beyond belief with the misunderstanding track, so the scene is lost among other such scenes. But it really shouldn't due to its earnestness.
Another scene contemplated for this position: When Khushi ties the button on Arnav's shirt (Dhaga hume zabardasti thambna pada...humari marzi nahi thi). I would have put this scene, but I'm using it for another list :)
2. Khushi's Engagement, Arnav's Anxiety

Another powerful scene that is not discussed nearly enough. You can tell that they are already bonded mind, body, and soul. Therefore, Khushi was not able to put her hand forward to get engaged to that creature. Her whole being was revolting at the idea by flashing image after image of her time with Arnav. But, circumstances were such, that she was completely helpless.
Meanwhile, Mr. Stubborn Idiot was extremely restless. It's ironic, that he had no idea she was getting engaged that night, and yet he seemed so agitated. He kept saying her name, and failed to remove her blood stain from his finger (Lady Macbeth, anyone?), just like he couldn't remove Khushi from his heart no matter how hard he resisted; she was forever imprinted there. What a metaphor.
Another scene contemplated for this position: Lavanya treats Arnav's hand, and Khushi resists the urge to care for him when he is pain. (Using it for another list so couldn't place it here).

I am sure I'm underestimating this scene's popularity, but I still think it should be discussed more. Because it is just that beautiful. In fact, this would make my top 5 scenes of Arshi of all times.
I've never seen such natural acting. Yes, I should credit the music and the writing, but its SaRun's eyes and expressions that make this scene so very special. Let's break the scene down: (1) Arnav realizes he can take advantage of the situation, (2) Khushi realizes what he's upto and he doesn't deny it, (3) she blushes, (4) his mock surprise at seeing her blush and pointing it out, (5) pointing out that they have reached a stage where she shouldn't back away and it's finally time to take their relationship forward (BEST BEST BEST DIALOGUE EVER), (6) teasing her again.
This scene is likely to make another list too, but I was honestly surprised that not many people freaked out as much as I did when I first saw this scene. I seriously think this scene captures the essence of Arnav and Khushi's relationship really well. It's not only the first time he openly flirted with her after marriage as a husband would, but it also foreshadowed what their relationship will be like without any misunderstandings in the future.
I admit I'm completely biased because this was first scene that made me fall in love with IPKKND and Arnav. I started watching the show around the time this episode aired.
Another scene contemplated for this position: Arnav's vulnerability when he asks Khushi if his parents have become stars, and whether his mom is happy with him. Another emotional scene-- he shows her a side he hasn't shown anyone but Di. And this was before marriage too!
