Arnav and kushi are best friends since they are 9.they studied in same school same college. They had a big gang of friends in which aakash, payal, NK, rahul,Lavanya and sheetal were so close. But arnav is so possessive of kushi that he wouldn't allow anyone to come in-between them. Kushi realized her love for arnav but she doesn't know what he feels for her'he knows everything about her'her jalebies. ,chane and the fore-most TEDDY BEARS. 😳😳
Kushi is crazy about jalebies.. and teddy bears. She talks
to it, beat and kick it, kiss it, hug it and do the entire world's stupid
things with it'arnav gifts her different types of teddy bears on her birthday
every year' Kushi is so excited, tomorrow is her birthday'arnav would
wish her first..Poor N.K always tries to take the first place but to his bad
luck arnav makes his plans fail. She is eagerly waiting for the clock to struck
12. She sat on her bad watching the clock.
Kushi: 10'.9'8'.7'6'5'4'3'2'.and 1😛 There were all fairy lights hanging in her room, kushi
closed her eyes waiting for arnav' she heard her door open and some footsteps..
( still closing her eyes walked towards the sound)
arnie! I know you are here to wish me'im opening my eyes! .The minute her eyelids open she did not see her arnie' it was nk.he threw his arms around her and twirled her around.</font>

Kushi stood motionlessness it is the first time arnie... 'her arnie did not come to wish her.she saw all her stupid gang barging over the door.

Lavanya , sheetal , and payal gave a group hug to her.but
kushi was somewhere else ,she is still looking at the door waiting for him</font>
She heard la and sheetal squealing, there's lot of chaos in
her room'kushi shouted
Kushi: STOP IT. Where's arnie?
N.K: sorry kushi, Nannav felt sleepy and he said that he is
sleepy so he will meet you tomorrow..guess what this time I wished you first yippee..
Kushi: acha? I know you all are playing a prank on me. I know'
By the time she heard a knock at the door.she jumped in joy
and pointed at n.k
Kushi: see, arnie came.he will never forget to wish me'
She ran through the stairs shouting arnie'.
She opened the door and bout to hug him when she realized it was rahul not arnav. She pushed him and saw her gate hoping for arnav to come.But it was deep silent and there was no one outside. Sadly she went inside the hall and saw the strawberry cream cake waiting for her to attack. rahul and payal dragged kushi to the cake.
Kushi: guys, we can wait for few min..May be arnav is on the
way.
All took a deep sigh. Lavanya went a showed a text to kushi
Hey la,
that I'm not coming. Me and aakash are really tired. We are off to bed.

Kushi was tongue tied. tears
started to roll down her rosy cheeks..la consoled her.
Let's celebrate. May be arnav is really tierd .Kushi lost all her enthusiasm.
She forcefully cut the cake. For the first time she did not feel like
celebrating her birthday..She ate a small piece of cake and swallowed it with
so difficult.

Everyone cheered but kushiremained silent.

She left the hall without hearing
anything further. Disappointed everyone left and her maid closed the door. She laidon her bed and keep on checking her mobile hoping to receive at least a text message.

Her heart broke..she cried all night that her arnie did not wish her. she
hugged her teddy bear'every year she got new teddy. But this year no arnie no
teddy'

Arnav sat in font of his laptopunable to concentrate on his game
Arnav: I know aakash..but I planneda surprise right?? It's too late that I realized I'm in love with her. And I wantto propose her tomorrow..i know about kushi she thinks that I treat her only as a best friend and hesitate to tell her feelings. So let me make a move 'allwill be done as we have planned.
Aakash: I guess she is crying
Arnav: (closing his lappy) I knowhate to see her tears. But just for today.ill make her happy for the rest ofthe life.
Next morning
Kushi opened her eyes. Her headis paining very badly. She had been crying whole night. She flipped her mobileto check any messages. She found 10 sms. Kushi jerked and sat on the bed.
Kushi: I know arnie..It's your messages.
But I will not forgive you that easily.to her vain all the messages are
wishes from her parents and friends except arnav.
Kushi: enough arnie! You can't do this to me anymore
She dialed his number but it'soff..she fell on her bed crying again.
She had no mood to go to collegebut there was a small hope that she will see him there but there is no arnav.his seat next to her is empty.she bunked her class and returned homeupset

Kushi stirred in her bed. Sheheard voices open the door. She slowly walked towards the door and opened it. Sheetal,payal and Lavanya barged in almost making her fall.
Sheetal: hey birthday girl, wherewere you during lunch break? Why did you come home
La: this is too much kushi. You leftwithout informing
Kushi: sorry guys..i was lil tired
so I came back'she replied catching her head.
Payal: chalo leave it. Get readywe are going to party!!!
Kushi: no yaar'.you guys go.
Sheetal: no way. Its yourbirthday kushi. Without you how can we celebrate. Even arnav is waiting.
Kushi's eyes shot up..she madeherself straight
Kushi: arnie is there?
Payal: yes all the boys are waiting.
Kushi cheered up instantly and pushedeveryone outside to get ready. She opened her closet. She chose one dark redfrock and began to dress up.
******Arnav is so impatient waiting forher.
How is she? Is she upset? Willshe talk to me? How will I propose her? What will be her reaction? Many questionpondering in Arnav's head .and there he sawhis angel walking in the entrancewith an angry pout. She wore red..his fav'there were dark circles round hereyes which are revealing through her make..he cursed himself for making her cry.Suddenly her expression changed. She extended her hands to hug. Arnav took a stepforward to hug but to his shock she went and hugged aakash.
He expected that she is angry. Well,she has to be ..she glanced an angry glare and greeted all her friends. He slowly moved towards her. He chuckled sensing her looking from the corner ofher eye. He went near her but she ran from there. Finally he caught her
Arnav: kushi I'm so sorry..I..
Kushi: arnie, please leave from heredon't want to talk to you..
Kushi pretended to be angry..shescanned him from top to bottom. There was no gift in his hand at least not red
roses'no teddy this year. Arnav totally changed. Tears rushed out of her dove
eyes.
Arnav; kushi, why are you crying?I'm sorry I just want to surprise you
Kushi: you didn't even get meteddy arnie..Sniff sniff iii sniff hatesob sob you
She ran to the washroom. Arnavgave an helpless look😆
Payal: its OK arnav..The best isyet to come right
The party started. Kushi cameback and joined everyone. Arnav tried to talk but she avoided him.
Suddenly the lights went off. the
spotlight was in kushi. Everyone's attention was on her. There she saw her hero
her arnie coming towards her. She checked him again but no teddy, no rose. He
came so close to her. Her heart is beating faster..her breathe rate increased.
Tiny droplets of sweat tasted her face. She doesn't need anything now as her
arnie is with her..She don't need any teddy bears'at least she waited him to speak.
But he stood still. She waited more looking into his eyes hoping to wish her,
but no reaction. anger rose in her. she took one step backward to leave when he
felt his hand stopping her. she turned back..he took a small rose from hispocket.
Exactly matching to her dress. Her face broke into a smile. He spoke huskily
Arnav: happy birthday kushi!<
Tears of joy ran her check. Shecontrolled herself and asked
Kushi: arnie'no teddy?
He knelt on the ground. She heard
many gasps around her. She didn't know what is going on. She whispered</font>
Kushi: arnie it's ok if you didn't
bring. No need tokneel down for forgiveness. All are watching, get up.😃😃😃
Arnav chuckled listening herwords.

He gently took her hand.
Electricity passed through her spine. She was confused'then it stricked her. Is
he going to propose her?? Does he love her?</font>
Arnav gently took her hand intohis..he said

Kushi chuckled, tears and laughter filled in her..Her face was red. She is crying and laughing at thesame time
Arnav is nervous'he could see her crying and smiling' looked at her waiting for an answer.
Kushi: yes arnie.i will let you be my teddy bear'
Arnav instantly got up and hugged
her tight twirling her around. There were sound of claps all around the hall . Their friends watched them lovingly and elders blessed them. Arnavpulled back from the hug and leaned to kiss her😳
Kushi: I love you arnie
Arnav: I love you more
Kushi: I love you most.
They smiled and passion filledthe air as their lips sealed in eternity.😳
