He was supposed to be the throd sibling mentioned in the earlier episodes but i think they scraped the charachter...
But then people were saying at the aarav track that he might be dhruv's son...

I'm guessing he could be Arnav's dad son from his affair (that is with Garima) because nani had once surely mentioned him as the 3rd grandson. And since he never stayed with them...it only makes sense.

But oh well...it's that sad that we never got down to the whole story.
