For the pasr few days I was watching old episodes of IPKKND and this proverb was always coming into my mind. Let me say some instances
When Arnav bitwa said - Agar kisiki jaane se is saase ladkarati hain to mujhe un saaso ki koyi parwa nehi. (Yes I just watched it in less then 10 months you said " Di agar woh chale jayegi to hame lagega ke hamare saase band ho jayega. Bahut pyaar karta hoon do mein use" and watched it a thousand times when you said " I love you dammit" and " Jeein nehi paunga tumhare bina.")
When Khushi said- Aap ka sagai ho ya na ho, aaj ho ya ek saal baad hoon hame unse koyi faraq nehi padta and " Nahi aapko apni pati manna hain, na apni baho me samana hain, na tajmahal dekhna hain. (It was even less then 3 hours and you run to him and we know apko Fadaq padta hain ya nehi. Watched and cried when I saw how much " Faraq padta hain." and loved it when you ran to him. You made me cry more then when my grand parents died)
When Akash said - Barbadi.com (same night you see Payaal and we know what happened.Miss you Akash)
When Mami jee said : Iss ghar mein bahu aayegi to sirf bade Khandan ki. (But love you Mami jee for accepting both of your bahus when they were not from Bade Khandan and danced in both their sangeets. Not to mention stayed as a pillar for Khushi when Arnav was kidnapped)
When Nani said : Aap bhi woh bhul kar rahi jo apni pitaji kiye rahe. Know Nani jee that you were tremendously against love marriage (Loved it when you accepted not only Khushi and Payal but also La and even Shyam because you thought your grand children's happiness was there.)
When Shyam said : Hum saale saab ko batayenge ke aapne kaise hame apni pyaar ki Jaal main phasaya aur aap bhi jante hain ke saale saab hamari baat yuhi biswas kar lenge. (It was one of the happiest moment in IPKKND when you actually tried that and Arnav slapped you)
When Buaji said : Shyam ke jaisan ladka tumhe pure delhi main nehi milenga. (Loved it when you slapped him and said ham kya pagal hain ke tumhe Shaaq karenge?. Hame to pura yaqeen hain ke tum jaisa ghatiya aadmi pure Delhi main nehi hain
Loved you too Anjali, Payal, Amma and Shashi for giving space in your thinking so there was someone to hold you and you did not really fall.
Missing my ARSHI and IPKKND. When was your moment when you felt that " The mighty have fallen?" By the way I loved most when Arnav bitwa and Khushi fell in love and gave up their egos for each others sake.
