Ur Hubby comes first... My Jalebi

Shital is still around n trying to cause problems between Arnav n Khushi... But faith had other plans... :))

Di had ordered sweet meat for the temple before hand as all the sweet meats shops were too busy with the rituals going on... Khushi was suppose to go to the office with Arnav today, but cause of an unexpected meeting, he had to leave her home with a promise that he would take her out for a movie and dinner...

Shital had heard Khushi telling nani ji that she would be going out with Arnav ji for a movie... Shital wanted to stop this...she wanted Arnav to play with Aarav... So when the call came from the sweet meats shop to confirm the delivery, shital canceled it...saying they dont need it anymore...

Anjali pacing the floor...Khushi...Di, whats wrong, why are you pacing by the door? Are you waiting for someone or something???

Di, Yes Khushi ji, im waiting for the sweet meat guy to come n deliver the sweet meat...i dont know why hes so late...

K...Di, why dont you call him...

Di, good idea...And She made the call n was surprized to hear that her order was canceled...

Di...Khushi ji what will i do now??? How will i go to the temple???

Shital was listening to everything n smiled...and said...Maybe we can make some at home...

Khushi...Di, i can make jalebis for you...

Di, NO khushi ji...that is time consuming n you will get tired...You are going out with chotey...

K...No di, i will make it...

Khushi got busy in the kitchen and with Payals n Dis help, she was able to make a big bowl of jalebi... IN the end she shooed Di and Payal away ... and was busy frying her last batch when the bell rang...

She could feel him...n she knew he would get angry...these days all he wanted to teach her was Hubby coming first...She tucked her bang back n waited...smile on her face...She was ready...

She heard him waking in the kitchen and saw all the pots and her wife nearly drowing in the pile of jalebi...WHAT THE????

He came near her and all he could smell was jalebis...and said...WHy are u NOT ready??? We are going for a movie...

Khushi...i was just trying to help...

Arnav...yes yes i heard all that coming my way here...n what about me??? and us???

K... Arnav ji, i will be ready in 5 mins...

Arnav eyed her n then the jalebis and said... This looks yummy... and reached out to pick one...She hit his hand n said...Its not for you...U cant eat it...

A...says who???

K...Me...KKGSR... Mr. ASR...you cant have sugar... And she gave him her best smile n said...it will make you more sweet...and winked...

Arnav was not angry anymore but he wanted to trouble his beloved wife...so when she turned the stove off and turned to take out the last batch...he reached for one jalebi and said...Look khushi...i have one and im gonna have the whole thing...

K... turned and said...NO Arnav ji, its not healthy for you plz...dont eat it...and made a grab for it... but he was tall and raised his hand...She tried to jump to get ot it..but it was impossible...she started to tickle him and he dodge her and ran out the kitchen...the piece of Jalebi still in his hands...Khushi following him...and banged into mami ji...

Mamiji... what is going on??? You two-wa's?? Your honeymoon is still NOT over-wa... shaking her head...you two-wa's and went in the kitchen...

Naniji was watching them and said... these 2 will grow old playing...bless them...

Khushi reached Arnav and said...Give it to me...you cant have it...Naniji look what he is doing... Arnav smiled...and said... i can have some...

K...ran after him again n caught him from behind and hugged him n said give it to me... HE laughed and said..well if u want to hug me then lets go up...not here Khushi...not in front of the fmily...

This embarrassed her and she let him go... and he turned n saw her getting all red and handed the jalebi to her... She took it and went back to the kitchen...he following her...licking his fingers n saying...yummy...

She turned and caught his hand and went to the kitchen and put his hand under the water...

Arnav...i can have some...

K...no...u cant...

A...smiled and let the water clean the sugar syrup off his hand n said...when will you get ready...

K..As soon as im done here i will have a quick shower n will be ready in 5 mins...Hearing the word shower...Arnav splashed water on khushi and she screamed and turned the tap off...

K...Arnav ji.. dont trouble me im tired...

A..oh ur tired of making Jalebis...r u sure and winked at her...She blushed and said...im talking about these jalebis...pointing to the dish full of jalebis...

A...teasing her...oh so there are other jalebis too??? Coming closer to her and she started moving back...

K...Arnav ji someone will come in...

A..i dont care... and moved forward and...

Just then Di entered the kitchen coughing and said...out of the kitchen Khushi ji n plz get ready and thank u so much for saving my prayers...

K..Di you dont have to thank me...

Di, yes khushi ji i have to thank u...if you hadnt helped me...Khushi just hugged Di and said...im glad i could help you and she turned and went out...

Arnav was watching the affection scene b/w his Di n his wife and it gave him peace...he smiled and said...Di are you ok?

DI, yes chotey... im fine...how can i not be fine, i have so many who love me...and i must say you are very lucky to have such a wife...Always look after her...

Arnav nodded and said...Did she do all this alone?

Di...well Payal n i tried to help but she she did most of the work...

A... so she must be tired now...right?

DI, yes chotey...she has been standing by the stove for hours without complaining...

Arnav was thinking n his Di said... Chotey ...

A..i know Di...thanks...and walked out..Dialing his cell...calling Aman..and went up to his room..

Khushi wrapped herself in the long bathrobe and stepped out of the bathroom thinking...he must be hungry and angry for making him miss his movie...He was standing by the closet...hands folded...waiting and a sad face...and said im hungry...

K...Arnav ji...you scared me...

He took her hand and took her out by the pool where a table was set for 2, with few dishes...

K...turned to Arnav n said...What the?? are we not going out?

A..no, IM tired... lets eat at home...sorry khushi no movie for you tonight...

And they both ate and enjoyed the moon light which was casting a shadow in the pools water...mesmerizing and making the pool area more romantic...they both fed each other and then He picked her up and went by the bed and laid her on the bed and took the remote of the TV and sat beside her cuddling n hugging each other..holding each others hand...Watched news for a while and then then he turned the TV off and turned towards his wife n she asked...How was ur day today?

A...so boring without you... She smiled... and then he conti tomorrow come with me to the office...

K...U think the office is safe from me?...thinking about the time she had turned the fire sprinklers on... Arnav threw back his head n laughed and moved his head closer to her...looking into her doe eyes...which always mesmerized him...She was looking into his eyes...and slowly drowning...the magic that bonded them growing stronger by the sec...Both lost in each other...and in the background we all hear... Raba waa...eee...Raba we...Oh raba waaa...

HE touched her lips with his thumb n they quiver...sending chills down her spine... I damn care...My wife comes first and replaced his thumb with his lips...
