Biased Audience? Really? Audience is your customer. Just get that in your mind. I would like to hear you say that when you are working in a far more liberated environment. I am sorry to say this so straight but your paycheck comes from what the Audience wants, sees & doesnt see.
I will not even go to that "True Love" thing. Love can happen more than once. Agreed. But there is a reason why "true" is added to "true love". You could probably justify it better when it was any other show .. but with a show purely based on a love story and of this stature .. sorry!
Farha, beautifully said. I think I was a little too miffed when I wrote it, so it came out a bit harsh, but you've said it so well.
Exactly - he can leave because of differences about the story and because of better offers, but others can't. if they do, oh calamity!
And about that aish and madhuri quote -- I almost did a double take and read it again. That was such an uncalled for dig at the actors, especially Sanaya, whom he otherwise praises. What was the point of that?!
But I feel so done with this side-play. just wish everyone the best and await those I want to see again to get back on screen again soon -- and wish them all success. The rest, some of whom are so full of themselves, I don't really care what they do or where they go.
At the end of the day, I'm just thankful the show shut down when it did. At least we have the memories that they could not tamper with and spoil.
