He has already received so many awards - let others e.g. Sanaya Irani also get a chance to win individual awards!!! I don't like this concept of giving the same guy all the awards even if he is Barun Sobti!!

we also know why she did not get nominated 😉 my opinion on this is because he was barely there also, he was not all that good in the emoting department this year so I am not surprised..

what irks me is the amount of times she has been overlooked and her character decimated for others to look good and agree he stopped emoting for the last 11/28/40/48 days and was just him so unless its a jury award they dont nominate the person

This show was always a male dominated show... the CVs were in love with their male character so obviously she ended up getting the raw deal... but the nice thing was she was a true sport, she did not take that to heart and continued doing her work which actually showed on screen... we could see who was sleep walking and who was shouldering

La i agree no matter what they tried to do she came out tops and should have had an oscar for sheer perseverance Look at the outfits the dialogues the scenes she was made the fall guy the scape goat take the bullet for his character growth and am sure the creatives are rueing the day they decided to buck the wrong horse she came out flying 👏

Basically this year was not good for IPK.. their popularity began to wane when Anjali became the focus point of the show... TRPs too have not been good, the forum was filled with criticism on the quality of the show.... so I don't think we should be surprised.. for 2 months the hero was missing in action... then when he returned he showed disinterest and his looks were crying out for improvement.. which was followed by "would he or wouldn't he quit" controversy.. so I am not surprised if other shows surpass us in the awards department..

A handful of episodes where he was there for more than 2 minutes. Really can't consider him for this category. Perhaps his BDs deserved more recognition.

I'm sure StarPlus would like to invest in the future of their channel as well.
