Who realized 1st ... Arnav or khushi ?

Who realized that the other was special ? Arnav or khushi ? We saw both their awareness simultaneously .. I think Arnav realized after seeing her in calendar shoot .. And khushi was oblivious till lot later .. Till after hospital hug ... Arnav realized that khushi was aware of him when he saw her at Diwali cleanup .. Talking on phone to buaji but looking at him and so not paying attention to call ...
What do you guys think ?

Both were slowly falling for each other. I guess both realized at the same time. When they were about to confess before the terrace scene

I think so both were having feeling but they did not know that they were sure about there feeling or not. but I think so both realized there love but did not had courage to express or show it but then they atlast said 3 magical love I LOVE YOU

For me that hesitation to express was just real .. I mean in real life also if u like someone u kind of 1 st look for signs that you are important to them 1 st before you go and express na .. That just made the journey of love so beautiful and believable

I think its ASR..he fell in love with her first calender shoot...he was attracted since the first meeting when KKG fell in his arms.

Hmmm the whole journey of falling in love ... I do feel the journey is more special then destination in this case ... Not that there was immense satisfaction in seeing our couple live together as husband and wife after marrying for love ..
