My Daddy Strongest Daughter Pihu and father Ram's relationship indeed got a thumbs up from the audience who loved the cuteness quotient in the father-daughter relationship in this show. After watching Ram ( Ram Kapoor) and Priya (Sakshi Tanwar) battle it out in Bade Achche Laggte Hain for over a year, a five year time leap and Pihu's ( Amrita Mukherjee) entry rendered freshness to the track, which also helped the show garner more eyeballs. Not to mention the paratha talk that the father-daughter duo indulged in on screen only to get more love from the audience.

Winds of change Two strong characters played by Surekha Sikri Rege as 'Dadisa' and Pratyusha Banerjee as 'Anandi' in Balika Vadhu did take considerable time to strike a powerful chord with the audience. Naturally, it takes lot of effort and time to marry tradition with modernity. The end result, Dadisa's transformation from an orthodox grandmom to someone endorsing social reforms. This metamorphosis did see the relationship budding between Anandi, who becomes a Sarpanch with Dadisa's support which took the emotional quotient of the show to a new level.

Stage scorchers Bubbly Ragini Khanna and funny face Manish Paul had everyone in splits when they took to hosting Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5. Together, their chutzpah, witty one-liners, the mild flirtation thrown in with lots of screen chemistry earned them loads of admirers. Even though Dimple Jhangiani (earlier Nimrit) was replaced by Ankita Sharma; Dimple was brought back on the show in a different role; and a number of marriages/relationships have left the audiences in a confused daze, this sister-relationship is one to remember.

Asad (Karan Singh Grover) and Ayaan (Rishabh Sinha) in Qubool Hai are the typical step brothers-in-arms, who have stayed together in spite of family differences. And although their families are at loggerheads, the reel brothers meet secretly — talk about bikes, girls and strum their guitars.
