Where is everyone ? we didn't have an RV session the whole day. Scheduled one this afternoon, many weren't there.So postponed it to now..again nobody. How are we gonna cover the target without even one session held ?

By 5.00 IST we have made 546 calls.. Lets take it to 600+ with RV!!

* sighs * alright Rosebee..we'll do that. Only thing is, they're short staffed by that time. Most of our calls go on hold. 5-7 , they've maximum people. Both morning & evening shift staff.
